Just an afterthought, but if you do go get your blood checked I'd consider getting them to check out your thyroid levels

In regards to energy levels, have you had bloodwork done to check your iron levels? My ex used to have to take herbal iron supplements when she was menstruating to make up for it and she found it helped her out. Just another possibility to consider.

I'd probably go with crucible of courage and power formulas. I've found that crucible of courage tends to keep me somewhat positive and upbeat. Also egg cleansings I find awesome when it comes to removing negative pessimistic thoughts as well as getting rid of a general lack of energy

One thing I noticed when using powders or sugar and such to roll my candles in before I burn them is that as they burn down they somehow get dramn to and stick to the wick.
