Sorry yes I did mean the seven day candle. There was white soot on top but it was clear at the bottom except some herbs. I'm pretty sure I know why there was soot though. It was my first time burning a vigil candle and I thought that adding more oil would make it work better.

I bought a crown of success candle here and it burned in four to five days. Does that mean that my spell will not last? I'm not sure what it means by overly fast.
