When I made my lamp after treating and praying over each root and dressing the curios. I cut a slice off each root and made a coresonding Mojo I pray over the Mojo away from the lamp. Then I warm and feed the Mojo by the flame of the lamp at home. Both are really workin. Is this an uncommon practice ...

Just a note
There are a number of small waterproof nearly indestructible containers to put Mojos in or make them out of. I am prone to fits adventure it's helpful to have a industrial grade Mojo.
