What I do is I imagine myself in the object, understand its physical and spiritual make up, and go from there. I apply this technique to people too.

Coming from someone that ended up getting a hair transplant, rosemary and saw palmetto is good for hair strength and regrowth.

I think angelica root and blessed thistle are good for uncrossing.

I would start with an uncrossing first before doing any road opening cause you want to make sure your path is cleared before doing anything.
