Thank you so much for this very clear and helpful response. I am also thinking of doing an uncrossing rue/hyssop bath as there have been some indications of possible crossed conditions. Should I do this before or after the freezer spell?

I would like to do a freezer spell to deal with some people who are spreading ill rumors about myself and a loved one. I want to put an end to their gossip and keep them far away from me.
