I'm having some serious trouble with loud nieghbors, they drink do alot of drugs party all night. I've asked them to quiet it down and called the landlord with no success. I've looked through the various spell kits and am wondering if there is anything that addresses this problem specifically?

Girlfriend has been able to see ghosts her whole life and some are agressive and have troubled her her whole life and followed her. I'm wondering which products are best fitted to the situation?
