Popping back in...have been "busy" and not checkin' in as I should... :oops:

I had two figure candles (as I was advised on the Rootwork show) and had them tied together with a red ribbon that was soaked in Come To Me oil.... I lit it for three nights...then realized that I may have been burning it ...

I posted a question in the "Ritual Candle" thread but something must have happened because I don't see it. I will try to remember and repeat it:

I have figure candles (male/female - red) and have tied them together with a red ribbon soaked in Come To Me Oil....

How long should I keep them lit each ...

...on an alter? I want to do my alter so that it is pleasing to GOD and the spirits...but I don't want to either overdo it or under do it.

Thoughts? What should I concentrate on? How much is too much or too little?

Should I leave the candles steadily lit? Also - how many should I "work" at one time?

I got the Adam/Eve (Man/Woman) figure candles. I tied them with a red ribbon soaked in Come To Me Oil.

Should I burn them straight through or in increments? How long of an increment?

I have decided to keep my vigil candle glass and put an "ivy" (Golden Pythos) in it. I may pass it on to someone...but they will not know what the real deal is because I will remove the labels.

The Fire of Love loose incense powder was awesome! I burned it in my kitchen to test and immediately set up a burner on my alter! OMG!!

I have asthma and I use incense. Maybe its because I've been fumigated all my life with Brown bottle Lysol, Pine Sol, and Moth Balls! Incense doesn't bother me - but I was gonna add that maybe oil in a diffuser would be better for you also. J82 beat me to it...but I had to let you know that I too am ...

I keep my alter to myself. It is in a prominent place in my bedroom. When I have "visitors" over
that may move from room to room - it is hidden. When they leave I replace it. Does this have any effect
on the strength of the alter?

I am learning...there IS a difference. I also listened to some of the radio program between work via my phone today! I know you're taking Easter off...so this will give me time to look more at all the information you have on-site at Lucky Mojo.
