What can I do to remove obstacles and expedite marriage for someone? In other words, add a "kick" to get things moving (and fast). I looked at several kits on LM, but a 6 week backlog doesn't really cut it for me.

Is it necessary to have oils and herbs for the jar? I ordered some from lucky mojo but there's a big backlog and this is tIme sensitive. I'm doing it for two related people to change their decision about something, so is it ok to use two petitions (name packets) in one jar ( but the same purpose)?

That honey jar kit would absolutely be perfect for your situation. You're trying to influence her mind to a "good purpose": the good purpose of you and your friend traveling together. The personal concern of a picture is fine to use in the jar.

If the mother is the primary obstacle, you might consider putting together a honey jar on her. Along with the Influence work Mary Bee suggested, you could work a sweet jar for mom, and burn candles dressed with Influence oil on top of it. Bend Over is pretty stern work.
