Well, I don't think the tear (more like a needle prick) made much of a difference, I'm getting good signs about the jar! Still no contact from the target, but it's a brand new jar and candle divinations are very positive and I'm receiving signs.

I've read that offerings of food or drink made for saints can be disposed of environmentally, but what about ones that consist of chocolate? A lot of animals can't eat chocolate and I would hate to harm any animal that might eat a chocolate offering I placed outdoors.
