They are familiar voices but I don't know if they are tricking me and are really demons

I hear voices from people I know. I hear it clearly around fans etc. When I go away from the fans sometimes I hear the voices respond to me. I also hear people and pets outside my apartment and they give me clues. Are they demons? I heard on yell into my ear master! Please help me figure this out?
