I'm confused. A rootworker is doing a honey jar on your behalf and it caught on fire? Surely the rootworker must have provided you additional feedback other than saying "hey, it caught on fire".

My only advice is to get a reading to determine if all is well or if additional work needs to be done.

Whoa!Burning it was a PITA since the main ingredient was poppy seeds. THEY WERE EVERYWHERE, and popped and flew all over the place when they burned. Ugh.

Not too sure about using lids on candles used for magical purposes. I think it may restrict the natural burn of the candle. Soot can pose a health problem over time in enclosed places, so you may want to consider other methods of spellwork or possibly have LM light candles for you on their altars. I...
