Hello all...

Post by hekatesion » Sat Jul 31, 2010 7:40 pm

New to posting on this forum, but not to the LM family. I've been on the HRC and Grads forum since I graduated the course in 2007 but am more of a lurker than a poster. My main practices center on hoodoo, spirit work and divination. I am in the Northern California area and am interested in further involvement with the Missionary Independent Spiritual Church.

Always happy to hear from fellow travelers on this path and look forward to the interaction.

I would suggest starting...by reading the links on this page, and going through each of the links
http://www.luckymojo.com/hoodoo.html

The Hoodoo Herb and root magic book by catherine yronwode (aka the owner of lucky mojo) is another great resource to learn bout the herbs and things.

But I would start with the above link, and start with spell kits, and fixed vigil lights to help you get started as well to performing.
Thank u St. Martha for everything you have done on my behalf.
Thank u St. Elena! I appreciate your great help.
Thank you St. Peter for opening the gates&roads!

Jess, you can start by reading Miss Cat's free online book, Hoodoo in Theory and Practice. Then you can order a few items at a time. Since you are short on cash, I suggest you do some money work first. When you are able, order the book Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic.

Even a student can get a part-time job, babysit, mow lawns, walk dogs, shop for elderly people, sell crafts, etc.

We accept cash. But maybe it's time for you to get a credit card. Start a small bank account and work from there. If you can't get a credit card right away, get a paypal account that is attached to your bank account. Then you cannot order from lucky mojo directly (we don;t accept paypal) but you can buy Lucky Mojo products at ebay.com from blackcat-rootshack which is run by my good friend Lara Rivera.
