SugarLoveHoney,

Use what you can get! Photos are excellent combined with his nickname on the back. If you have a personal concern, use that as well. A full name is good but a personal concern is best. People have had success with a lot less than that.

Good Luck!

nino_x3,

I haven't heard of reversing the order of the 5 spot like you did. Normally if I want to remove something or someone, I fold the petition paper away from me several times. I also will incorporate timing in my work like working during a waning moon or hands of the clock (when they are going down.)

Good Luck

Hi all. Greetings and blessings for this new year.

I don't know where to place this question of mine. So I'm posting it here.

My man is fighting against the mother of his kids for child support increase every 2 months. Tomorrow he has appointment with a lawyer to find out what's best plan of action against the greedy mother of his kids. I want to help from my part for him to solve this with the lawyer with positive outcome for him. He's left it to me to do my part.

1) Please advice if just a simple petition paper I write will be good for helping him.

2) Please advice what I should write in the petition for this situation.

Thank you so much. Appreciate any advice here.

eireguitar,

If you go to the top right you will see a search option, put in "petition" or "petition paper" and it will bring up the times it is mentioned in the forum.

Miss Cat also wrote a book on petition papers and name papers: https://www.luckymojo.com/paperinmyshoe.html

Hello,
This is my first time posting. I did a search, but couldn't find an answer, so forgive me if there's already one here. I made a sweetening jar, but I noticed that the petition paper inside the jar dissolved. I used a method that I had great success with, but I don't know if the dissolving petition is normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Stone cutter,

Welcome to the Lucky Mojo forum. We're happy to see you here.

It is normal for a petition to dissolve in a honey jar. Personally, I view that as sign that your wishhas been taken up to Spirit so have faith in a positive outcome.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

I am desperately trying to rekindle, reconcile my friendship and my relationship "romantically" with my ex-husband

he can’t get past the betrayal that was committed by me in our relationship

it’s a very complicated situation, I’m desperate to fix our relationship, the amount of stress that I have right now just trying to figure out how to write a petition is insane, I just need some ideas on how to get everything within 200 words lol

He was and still is the most important person in my life, the only communication he is willing to do at the moment is through text, he’s filed for divorce (it’s in the process right now) he’s hurt and I need to figure out how to repair that, how to repair us.

I want him back more than anything, any help would be amazing thank you so much.

Roja,

Petitions are very personal, it is a prayer of exactly what you want to happen. An example can be, "By the grace of God may John Doe forgive Me for the past hurts and betrayal, may he return to me in love as my husband Amen." You may want to consider doing several working to reunite with your ex-husband. I would strongly suggest a honey jar to sweeten him to you, Lucky Mojo's Reconciliation spell kit, has you write a letter to the ex and dress it with sachet powder, this will get in contact with him and effect him. The kit also uses balm of gilead bud which is known for reconciling and overcoming past hurts.

Lucky Mojo also carries three books that would greatly assist with the work you need, Paper in my Shoe teaches how to prepare petition papers, Hoodoo honey and sugar spells teaches about the use of honey jars, and Hoodoo Return and Reconciliation spells on bring back lost lovers.

i made a petition paper to put in my shoe. all of the sudden, the paper seems to have disappeared.

1. what are the possibilities of what it means when the petition paper disappears?

2. should i make another one?

1. When any part of a spell goes wrong, i first attribute it to my own lack of focus.

Next i check and see whether another person, a pet, or a wild animal might have interfered with my work.

If i find nothing obvious, i next do a divination, using a pendulum, to determine where the missing item might be.

If the pendulum indicates intentional interference, i do a wash or cleanup of myself and my work space, then start over.

If the pendulum indicates no outside interference, i look for signs for seven days.

There is no one "meaning" to a lost or broken item, but quite often the issue will later be seen as having been a prequel to an event of more obvious importance. If seven days go by and nothing seems to connect, i chalk it up to chance.

2. Yes, if you still intend to do that work in that form.

Hello ALL! Hope ALL are well and safe these days!

So, I've read BOTH, being THIS thread in the forum and "Paper In My Shoe", but have not seen anyone having asked and have read the book twice in case I've overlooked the answer. IF it was asked and answer, my apologies.

So, on page 53 ("But I Don't Know The Name!" page) of "Paper In My Shoe" - this is a general question but would love knowing, would / do you write out what you have / know like a petition - or along with a petition - in petition form? or would you write it out as a name paper - and write it out an X number of times to turn and cross with petition or your own name ? I hope that my question made sense.

Thank you for reading my post .. hope to gain some knowledge on this.

Hello, Happyness --

The answer is that you can you can use the description or information that you know either as a petition or as a name paper, depending on how you are preparing the paper.

The examples on page 53 are for use such partial information in a name paper.

The examples on page 54 explain how to use such partial information in a petition paper.

The petitions given on page 54 are short, but a longer one would be made in the same manner -- writing out the petition and inserting "what is known" about the person in lieu of a name.

Hi there,

I just started my uncrossing with the 2 kits I bought & I'm confused about the mojo bag and what to put into it.

The instructions say to write my name 9 times & put some uncrossing oil on the 4 corners & I couldn't really picture the folding of it, so I asked in the uncrossing forum & the person there said it's called a petition & I'm supposed to put what I want on the petition, not my name.

Can someone clarify which it is, what my name written 9 times does, & is there a video I can see on how you fold it? Based on how it's written, I can't understand if it's folded 2 or 3 times.

Also, how large the paper is supposed to be & can it have something else written on the back, or is that a no no?

Thank you very much for clarifying.

Hello WorkingWithTheUniverse,

Write your name 9 times as the instructions specify, then turn the paper one quarter turn to the left (as you are removing things with this uncrossing spell). If you wish, you can also write what you want to happen (to be uncrossed of all negative energy, etc.), which is called a petition.

The paper can be small, you don't need a large sheet. Use plain paper (not something with printing on the back of it). Fold it away from you (as, once again, you are removing things) and turn it a quarter turn to the left to fold it again. Repeat enough times to get it small enough to fit in your mojo bag.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

When our Pastors receive your order and payment -- whether in person, by postal mail or via our online shopping cart -- our first step is to create a numbered invoice in your client record and prepare printed paper petition(s) to be affixed to a glass-encased candle or a run of several candles in your name. We use large candles called vigil lights that typically burn for many days. The petition page contains many copies of the petition, in case you have ordered a run. The Pastor will cross out the petitions that are not to be used, leaving only 1, 3, 7, or 13 petitions, according to the number of candles you have ordered of each title.

More Frequently Asked Questions about MISC:

Can I put more than one name or more than one condition request on a candle?

You certainly can put several names on one petition to protect them, but you will have to accept that the results of our divination on the candle glass may be unclear. Let me explain why:

Let's say you want to protect Tom, Dick, and Harry from "any and all enemies who may spiritually or physically harm them."

If the candle glass is clear, you will know that all three are protected, both spiritually and physically -- which is great.

If the candle glass is hazy, smoky, or smudged, you will know that one, two, or all three are not fully protected -- but which one? -- and does this mean that, for instance, Tom is not protected from spiritual harm, but Dick is protected from spiritual harm, and Harry is protected from physical harm? You would need a further reading -- by pendulum, cards, bones, or some other divination system -- to get to the bottom of it.

If the candle glass is filled with black soot, you will know that one, two, or all three are not only not well protected, but that they are under active, current, hostile spiritual attack -- or one of them is going to have a physical accident or disease or is already experiencing a disease. There is no way on earth to sort this out by a single candle reading. Again, you would need a further reading -- by pendulum, cards, bones, or some other divination system -- to get to the bottom of it.

So, if you are willing to accept a possibly ambiguous candle glass reading, you may certainly put three names and two types of protection on one candle. Many of our clients do so. But experienced clients opt for one person per candle, even if they put two forms of protection on the candle.

Here are a couple of options for simplifying the divination that our clients use:

Some people put many names on one candle but only one form of work -- one form of protection work, in this case -- and they figure that they can do a divination later if the glass shows problems, to determine which person on their list has the problem.

Some people put two forms of protection (or several forms) on one person per candle, and figure that if the glass comes up sooty or smudged, they can divine which form of protection is failing.

They may do this to save money (always a good idea) and because they have some knowledge or psychic intuition that if any problems do show in the candles, they "already know" who is most at risk and what threats may be in play, physically and spiritually. In other words, the candle is being set to do its work, and if it confirms their suspicions, they may (or may not) need to do a further reading.

I will give you an example of this:

Let's go mback to Tom, Dick, and Harry. Let's say we only do a physical protection on them, and not a protection against spiritual attack. Let's say further that when the candle is finished burning, there is a long streak of black soot right up the front of the glass. The front of the candle means "things we already know about." And let's say that we know that of the three boys, Dick, is a heroin addict. Well, it would stand to reason that if i interpreted the candle to read, "One of the boys is not physically protected, and you already know which one it is," then the client, knowing the situation, would intuitively understand that it is Dick who is not fully physically protected. The client could then come back for a Cast Off Evil candle for Dick to break his addiction -- which is quite different than a Protection candle.

We work with our clients all the time, and as it turns out, many of our clients are quite gifted readers ad diviners themselves. In many cases, they use our services because their living conditions do mot permit candle burning, or because they want another trusted set of eyes to see and interpret the candle glass signs for them.

How many words can I fit onto my MISC candle petition?

Our petitions allow for 200 characters and a concise petition can be made in that length.

Here's a sample:

May Raymond Jonathan Nordlington (08/07/87) always love me, Juliet Anne Pierson (04/05/89), and may we marry and have two sweet children and a home of our own. In the name of God the Most High, Amen.

That is only 199 characters.

Here is another:

May my business increase monthly, may i feel happiness in my work, may my bank balance grow, and may my customers find satisfaction in our dealings and spread the good name of my company far and wide.

That one is 200 characters.

And here is a third sample:

Dear Lord, please reunite my family, and renew my romantic relationship with my ex, David Surname. May he love me as before and may we rekindle that inner flame we once shared. In Jesus' name, amen.

That one is also 199 characers

And here is a hint for successful petition-writing in a concise space or on a small piece of paper:

Go online and find an interactive Word Counter Tool. There are many of them, so just choose one that allows you to count characters as well as words, and set it for character-count. Write and edit within the text box provided by the app, until you get exactly what you want, and what will fit.

You can do it!

Hello all

I want to write up a petition with a sweeten honey jar to get a guy who likes me to give me money. I know the amount that i want to request but I’m not sure how to write it out. I know they said write his and my name three times etc but how do I write out what it is I want? Also what colour candle should I use?

What I want in the petition is for him to give me a certain amount of money without any conditions, nothing sexual just him wanting him to give it to me happily to make me happy. And no karma, bad luck or nothing bad to come onto any of us. I’ve seen that it should be 200 words but how can I say this.

Thank you.

Unknown Witch ,

Name papers and petition papers are slightly different, one is that petitions do not always have names crossing and covering them. Since you want money from him you could simply write a petition that says , "John Doe, give me $300 with no conditions attached, do so out of the kindness of your heart".

Karma is not a concept in Hoodoo.

Hello JayDee,

Thank you for replying back.

Omg thank you for this. Oh I did not know this about Karma not being a concept I’m still very much learning. That is good to know.

And as for what to say on the petition you made it very simple and straight to the point while I’ve been trying to work out how to put it lol.

As for the honey jar I’m guessing from the links you’ve sent I should use a money drawing honey jar and put my petition in there and use a green candle? Because I know what type of herbs & spices that I’m going to use I.e cinnamon, bay leaf, dry roses etc

I have read the links before but I guess there’s so many ways I could go but not sure.

Thanks again

Unknown Witch ,

When it comes to a petition, I prefer to have them simple yet to the point. The longer, drawn out one is, the more complicated it can make an easy request. Start by writing down what you want then rewriting it until you have it in 2-3 sentences.

You can use a money drawing honey jar, being you did not want love or anything else with it is why I suggested this one. Cleo May is also used to get money from men, not just sexual.

JayDee,

Cleo May reminds me of Jezebel Root Oil which I have. I had a read about the Cleo May I may have to add this to the collection. It was an interesting read.

I’m excited I’ll try the money drawing jar and see how that goes. I do have other questions about other things but I’ll go through the forums and go from there but before that I’ll do this one first.

Unknown Witch,

You can always blend oils together. Then dress the petition paper with the oil and dress the candles you burn on the jar with the oil. Wear the oil on your body when you are around the person.

This Lucky Mojo web page contains a lot of great information on how to make your own oil blends:

Unknown Witch ,

Not allowed? There certainly is no rule against it. There is different reasons why you may not do that, but certainly no rules. Also what I was discussing above was dressing the petition paper in a 5 spot pattern before wrapping it up and sticking it in the jar. I am not talking about pouring oil in a jar!

Reasons you may with to add essential oils or spiritual oils onto herbs then add herbs to the jar, or purchase the Lucky Mojo Love Oil Herb Blend which has oils in the herb mix when it is prepared for you:
• You have no intention of ever opening the jar and using the honey for other magical purposes.
• You plan to only use the honey as part of a milk and honey bath. and will be diluting the contents in water.

Reasons you may wish NOT to add essential oils or spiritual oils to the honey or the herbs in the honey jar:
• You plan to use the jar's content to cook for the person and feed them the honey.
• You plan to taste the honey as part of the spell, saying "As this honey is sweet to me, so will [Name] be sweet to me."

JayDee,

Lol when I said not allowed I was thinking pouring in oil in the jar it self 🙈. (But now I understand what you meant as in putting the oil on the paper)

What is the 5 spot pattern? Is it putting oil on all four corners then in the middle ?

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this but it is in reference to posts on this subject.

But I am truly a novice. But I am a perfectionist and want to do this right.

I would like some clarification on 2 posts:
Thu Dec. 19, 2019 11:32am Poppy
Thu Dec. 19, 2019 12:19pm Miss Cat.

It pertains to using photos in underwear.

I think I understand the idea of having the photo of you and your target tucked into your own underwear and placed in your underwear draw.

But, where I get confused?
From listening to the show I have come to understand when working with a photo, you would place the photo of your target in your own underwear while you are wearing them. In their post it they seem to be referring using both photos. Sounds like you could put a photo of both of you together and wear them.
But, I am guessing this would only be if your were stitching them into your target underwear?

I don’t believe I need any elaboration on petition writing. But am open to suggestions.

Please explain or elaborate on the above

I just had something happen to me that has me a bit dumbstruck. I dreamt about a woman (complete stranger) 3x’s. In the final dream she said to me: Don’t you recognize me? It’s me (gave me her name). The woman from your dreams.
Well, she did not lie to me. Joined a online dating site yesterday, and their she was name and all. I remember how I felt in the dreams. So, I want to get things started. I do not have all of her information, yet. Just her picture, 1st Name and town she lives in. I know it would be better to have more. So, I started a honey jar immediately, to start working on her, before she responds to my post. I don’t feel I need a reading (yet).

I believe you understand the importance of me doing this right. Maybe, I am jumping ahead of myself and using the underwear spell might be to soon. But even, if I wait on it at least I would do it right.

Mystic Man ,

The post response by Miss Cat is regarding the use of photos in an underwear dresser drawer to cause a person to only think about you. The variation of the spell is to take it a step further and wrap them in your word underwear as it has your essence on it. You would use a dirty pair for this. Then she discusses a third option which i to set tiny photos into the underwear so as to cause the person to constantly think of you (there head is in your crouch).

You can also work doll-babies in a similar fashion, love it then wrap it in underwear when done to keep you on their mind.

Thank you,

But, that’s still leaves one question unanswered.
I understand using the 2 pictures face to face.
But what seems unclear was. Anytime Miss mentioned it on the show it was always your target picture.
Here it seemed as though you could use both photos. In the underwear.

If I have her photo in the underwear that I am wearing there is no need for a picture of me.
But if her picture is wrapped in my dirty underwear and kept in a drawer the dirty underwear act as a proxy of me and would only need her photo.
If this is the case then. Using the photo of both of us would not be used in this case.

Thank you again for your rapid response.

Mystic Man ,

That is because there are more than one trick, you are assuming this is one type of trick, only done one way, no variations, which Miss Cat pointed out in her original post, several variations.

Yes I can take a photo of a love interest and stick them in underwear, or I can stick them face to face and tie them together, neither is wrong, neither is more powerful. Again you assume "one way is the right way", that is not the case here, workers will do both, suggest both.

Another example: I can take two doll-babies, place them face to face then tie them in dirty underwear. Also clean underwear does not carry any magical properties, hence it's worn items.

You absolutely can do one photo, or you can do both. Though one major difference is the work is normally not done unless the person actually knows you.

A doll, figural candle, a photo, all can be used as a form of effigy in the work.

This post, however is not on using "proxy" or "doll babies", please direct those questons to the proper forum topic related to that type of work. Here are some helpful links.

Jaydee,

Thank you so much for the clarification and understanding.

I know Miss Cat has said, ”there is not just one right way”. I just want to make sure I did understand.

There are so many ways to work on obtaining your goal. Sometimes, I feel like I’m getting my wires crossed and don’t want to mix things up.

I feel much better now, and grateful.

I apologize for posting the question here. I only did so as the original posts were here in with the petition writing. Will be sure to put it in its proper place.

Thank you so much🙏

Hi there, I'm sharing my experiences here for any advice, guidance and direction.
I started learning about hoodoo a few years back and have read a bit learning up about it. I started doing petitions regarding love and attraction. I got alot of results from the get go and I continued to Although sometimes it wouldn't work. I felt like I was doing it too regularly like every day of the weekend before I'd go out. At times it did feel like the opposite was happening and noone will be interested. I'd write my full name along with dob under a brown paper but ended up running out of the brown paper and used white. I'd write my petition like woman will be attracted to me and so on. It varied from time to time. Then I'd maybe do some hearts in the 4 corners. Folding once towards me the 90 degrees the fold again towards me then another 90 degrees and il already have a red or pink candle lit with some attraction powder and oil and fast action grains. Il Place candle ontop of folded paper and il go out. I can be quite shy so I'd notice alot off attention but I wouldn't necessarily approach. I did this petition type repeatedly but didn't know how to dispose off them so they built up ontop off my wardrobe where I'd put the. So mum wont see. I wonder if that repetitive action upset the spirits that were assisting me and stopped it from working. Now I do them and they don't tend to worm as much as they did before. So the petitions building up, daily over weekend, maybe some weekdays, could that cause a bad effect or upset spirits?
I havent really gone out of the petition phase lol. I'm learning more and I did a cleanse bath yesterday to clear any bad energies I may have built up before doing them or anything else.

I'm thinking to do a cleanse everytime I bath, that won't over do it would it. I make up the water, put hyssop oil in, turpentine water and maybe some thing else then after I shower I pour water I prayed over my head and wiped downwards then patted myself down, not dry though.

I'm going to post more of my experiences, please comment if you have anything to say. Thanks in advance

So one day I was on my way to the carnival and I was drinking and listening to music which wasn't the cleanest. I think I had done a petition before I left the house but later on when I went to carnival I did another one or maybe it was just the first.

Anyways I recall not being in the best state cos I drinking, smoking and music playing and I did another petition in the car then I left.

The carnival experience wasn't great and I was upset about someone coming late and losing time and I drunk more. So...

At the end off the night I was returning to my friends car and I was attacked right where the car was parked but I don't remember an actual person involved. I woke up in the morning covered in blood and injuries to my head and other places.

The ambulance actually woke me up, I was knocked unconscious as the hit to my head was quite serious. I was in hospital for 3 days.
I was quite suprised as why I couldn't remember being attacked. That's not normal, even when I drink I may forget some things but I would at least have a small memory of what happened but nothing at all.
That lead me to believe that it wasn't a physical attack but spiritual due to the state of mind I was in when doing the
A few weeks after that I actually got a reading from a lady who I've used before and was recommended to me by a friend and I explained what happened and she said there was a female entity which intervened. She didn't quite get what the female entity was doing there until I told her of the petitions and the nature of how I dint it and she said it makes sense, the female entity was someone who was watching over me and I had some sort of spiritual attack which could have been alot more worse if she didn't intervene.
This wasn't said word for word but along the lines and I kind of made my conclusion about it all. She didn't say I was actually attacked spiritually, but she did say that's why the lady was there, to help in what happened.

Still to this day I don't recall any persons in a fight or attack which I feel I should. So let's say it was due to how I did the petition. Because it was carnival I kinda though that territorially the area was conducive to alot of bad energies due to multiple people coming together and drinking so where I was situated and behing outside may have invited something in

Me playing the music. It was bashment music (jamaican) so you can imagine the lyrics. I was drinking and was tipsy.

Could that be possible and I invited a spirit that wasn't very friendly and it waited for me at the destination where I did the petition and then attacked me.

What are your thoughts.

I have taken more caution when doing any spell work now and I dont drink beforehand. And I'm always in a good state off mind now when I do any. I won't make that mistake again, I know it's just not good to be angry or upset when doing any kind off spell work.

Hi Ifatoba,
Thank you for your post. I don't think you have upset any spirits from your petitions and candle burning. If anything, I wonder if your actions are consistent with your goals.
While there is nothing wrong with being shy, if you are pursuing love, in whatever form, you should take some actions to see it fulfilled. While you are going out to meet people, which is good, if you see someone making persistent eye contact with you, and yet not approaching you, there is nothing wrong with going over and saying hello to them. It will probably get you much farther in your pursuit of love.
Another thing to consider is how inebriated you are. You indicated that you are tipsy, and while you may not feel very drunk, people may see you differently. Extremely drunken behavior and appearance can definitely be a turn off to many people, so you may wish to keep that under control to the best of your ability.
It sounds like your story of going to carnival is that you ended up being the target of a thief, who surprised you, knocked you on the back of the head, and took off. If someone attacks you from outside of your field of vision, you may not see it coming, and if you are drunk, your ability to react to defend yourself, as well as notice someone sneaking up on you may not be as good as you think it is.
You may want to consider doing protection work when you go out, or wearing a protective amulet to keep you safe. You may want to consider a protection mojo, such as the Fiery Wall of Protection Mojo to protect yourself against these sorts of things.
It sounds like the reader you visit was picking up on a female spirit around you. It sounds like the reader said this female spirit was protecting you, and not that you were attacked by a spirit. Considering that you were able to get up and get treated and recover from the attack in three days, that is pretty good. I have known people who were hospitalized for a week or more by an attack to rob them.
It could be possible that this female spirit is protecting you from women it doesn't like as well. It may only allow women that it feels is appropriate near you. But I can only make an educated guess based upon the information you have provided here.
If you want to know more about petitions, you might consider ordering Paper in my Shoe by cat yronwode. https://www.luckymojo.com/paperinmyshoe.html
Peace and Blessings,
Br. Christopher

Hello everyone.

I am placing an order for a cut and clear candle to be set on my behalf. In one of the forum topics, Ms. Cat wrote an all inclusive petition to keep all women away from one's man. I am looking for something similar, but with the intention of cutting any and all emotional and energetic debris of my past. This includes romantic heartbreaks, losses of several family members in quarantine during the pandemic, losing my youngest nephew, and just being emotionally, mentally and even spiritually bogged down and unable to move on.

I am doing all the practical steps of dealing with my grief, therapy, slowly getting back to some hobbies... etc.

Thanks and many blessings.

Dofthenile ,

The petition you are speaking of was written by Miss Cat for the purpose of freezing out love rivals, it can be found on the forum and in Miss Aida's book Destroying Relationships.

A Cut and Clear to this magnitude may also take other working to support you such as: cleansing baths, Healing oil and products to heal you, Cast off Evil to clear evil influences, Clarity to see clearly and open your eyes.

Petition wise I would consider " With the grace and power of God I pray remove all emotional blockage, all hurts, break ups, ex,s who have caused me harm, I pray that energetic attachments, emotional attachments and hangups be removed and severed, that the loss of loved ones and the emotional psychological pain from those losses be eased, may all emotional drains, emotional mental hurts be removed, may they be cut, may they be severed, may I be free in the name of Jesus Amen! This is just an example of a petition.

Greetings,

I like to work with chime candles often. I always write a petition on back of my targets picture and put it underneath my candle then as I pray over the candle, I also write out another petition/letter to my target on a piece of brown paper that I tear into a large square and recite that while visualizing as well. I feel prompted to then burn it after my work is finished. Then I release that it into the air outside and bury the candle and picture petition. Is it ok to burn petition papers or will this harm the work in any way? I feel I should be releasing it though near my targets house….is this correct, ok to do?

Thank you much.

Angelsmoon,

It is a practice to burn petitions and let the ashes out into the air. Some people do this with their glass candles, but the downside is doing so smokes the glass, which is a negative sign to the work. Burning it with the remaining flame then mixing it with the wax and tossing at a crossroad is a method of doing the work.

Hi HappinessRules,

You could use the proper name, "anyone doing black magic on Jane doe" (there is no black or white magic, there is harm, crossing, curing)

You could use "Enemies" "Those working to harm" "Remove all blocks, curses, crosses, hexes"

If you are doing reversing candle "My Enemy" carved backward as if in a mirror is tradition but so is the person's name.

Miss Cat wrote a book that teaches how to write petitions, Paper in My Shoe.

Hello HappinessRules,

Could you please elaborate on why you wish to avoid the word "me" in your petitions? Is it because you fear trapping yourself into work you are doing against another person? Or is there a different rationale?

If you are trying to avoid referencing yourself, certainly using your full name would not be an option. You could always refer to the person you are targeting with you work and then reference only their behavior (e.g., "The person sending evil energy towards the innocent") but it may not be specific enough to the one tormenting you.

Please let me know more about your objections to the word "me" and I can be in a better position to help you.

There is no harm in writing a draft to your petition is there? While I do hand-write my actual petitions, I sometimes like to write a rough draft on my computer first to get an idea of what I want to say and make sure my petition is specific and concise, and if there’s time, think it over for a few days. Particularly right now I’m thinking of drafting a petition to Saint Expedite and I want to make sure to get it exact and I want to make sure my draft isn’t mistaken as an actual petition.

RisenRaven,
I like the idea here to be thoughtful and to really hone your intent. I might suggest taking notes instead of writing a practice petition. For example, you might draft a list of potential goals for the working. A list of action words that feel right for this type of petition and so on and so forth.

That way, the official act of creating and writing the petition stays inside the scope of a ritual action.

RisenRaven ,

There is no error in practicing and writing out a petition, then studying it and making sure it fits your desire properly. This is actually a positive practice because it focuses your intention and ensures it matches the work you are doing. The petition is not what you think, it is what you ask of spirit, or in this case Saint to happen, that is your intention. A petition is your intention, remember that when you do work, make sure it matches the products you use and the work you are doing.

Hello everybody, I would really appreciate your opinion on this: Using blood (normal blood or period blood) when writing a petition will make it stronger? Or someone should avoid doing this? Thank you in advance.
