[DR. KIONI introduces MISS CAT]

DR. KIONI: Tonight our guest is Bernard, from Ohio. When I spoke with
you earlier today, I noted several elements of your case that I was
sure would interest our worldwide audience. So I want to thank you
for agreeing to be here tonight.

BERNARD: Thank you.

DR. KIONI: Cat, Bernard is a counselor by profession, and he has been
experiencing some "hits," as he calls them, from individuals on his
job. This has been going on for as long as a year -- a year and a
half -- possibly as long as two years.

Let's talk about specifics here: what started happening to you a
couple of years ago, Bernard?

BERNARD: There was this lady who would always come in my office and
put her hands on me when she talked to me. I tolerated it at first,
but after awhile it got to be nerve-racking. So I told her to "stop
preying on me." She got upset, and kept on doing it, even though I
had asked her to stop touching me. Next, I went to my boss, who
talked to her -- and after that is when everything started to change
for me.

I had stuff put in my chair -- it might have been Hot Foot or
something like that; stuff put over the top of my door, and when I
opened it the draft blew it into my face; every night around 11 p.m.
my heart would start to palpitate.

[DR. KIONI commences shuffling cards]

BERNARD: I actually thought I was having a heart attack, so I went to
the hospital, where they told me nothing was wrong. It continued on,
so I started burning candles, which helped. But at one point, it was
even hard for me to walk very much; my legs felt real brittle.

Then it picked up; I was in the office, copying something, and a lady
walked by me, and she "hit" me [spiritually] -- I could feel it. I
asked her, "Why are you so mean to me?"

She said, "'Cause it's my nature." Now, she hadn't been there but a
couple of months, and it [the source of the attacks] went from one
person to another -- I had become the party pack, so to speak. It
rotated among about five different ladies. One of them, Pam, who had
her office down the hall, would walk past my office door and "hit" me
constantly, all day long. And I think I've mentioned that my chair
was messed up.

It got to where I couldn't stand to be in my office. I had some sage,
but they got on me about burning that [at work]. The candle burning I
was doing [at home] relieved some of it, but it never really stopped.

Finally, I just walked out my job; I just quit. I couldn't take it
anymore

MISS CAT: Oh, really?!

BERNARD: I had been there eight years. But it was just too much. I
thought quitting my job would end it, but it didn't. I can feel it
even now, as we're speaking, in the middle of my forehead.
Constantly, from about six o'clock till midnight -- I guess that's
when they wake up and when they go to bed.

MISS CAT: Can I ask you a couple of questions here?

BERNARD: Sure.

MISS CAT: The woman who started this -- was she trying to get your
job? Was she jealous? Was she trying to make a sexual advance? What
was her purpose, her motive?

BERNARD: We always bumped heads in our clinical meetings. I would say
we had a love-hate relationship. And I think I recognized something
about her -- she once said to me, "Yeah, Bernard, if I got a piece of
your hair, I'd show you what I could really do to you."

Miss Cat [laughing]: Oh, man! That's bold.

BERNARD: Yeah. I've been to psychics and other people, and they've
always told me, "You didn't do anything."

I work with kids, and the kids would give me a lot of praise -- so did
their parents -- but even they changed. I thought it was all
jealousy, but I realize I can be an arrogant rascal at times.

I had a conversation with this young lady -- which I thought was
confidential, but she turned out to be one of them too -- and I told
her, "I don't deserve any of this. I haven't done anything bad to
anybody; this is an eight-hour-a-day job, not a street fight."
Sometimes I can smell something -- I know what a black candle smells
like. I got real sick; I had to go to a shaman.

MISS CAT: When you told that lady, did she turn out to betray you, too?

BERNARD: Yeah. I believe she is the one [who is in charge of the
attacks] now. I think the others have just left me alone. She told
me a lady had given her a root to eat. I don't know if she was just
telling me something, but a couple of weeks later, I felt it. I
happened to look at her one day as she was leaving the group [of the
other women], and I just knew. Ever since then, it's been a nightmare.

MISS CAT: I have a couple more questions, and then we're going to get
to Dr. Kioni's reading. When did you quit that job?

BERNARD: December 7, 2007.

MISS CAT: Are you taken care of? Do you have another job?

BERNARD: I have a part-time job.

MISS CAT: Good, because I worry about this; you threw away a good,
secure job just to get away from that. I need to know that you're
going to land on your feet. So we're going to talk, not only about
protection, cleaning up these influences, and improving your
situation, but also about getting you back on your feet so you can get
a good full-time job again. If you had come to me earlier, I would've
told you never quit your job, because it's going to create more
problems for you. It's done now, but when these kinds of things
happen, the best thing to do is to seek help. Now, I know you've
sought help from a number of people, so I'm not faulting you for that. You have gone to readers, shamans, and done some things on your own
-- but you're with Dr. Kioni now, and he's much more powerful than
some of these other people can be. But it does mean you need some
extra help now, because you quit that job. I'm saying this not so
much for you, but those who read my books and listen to our radio
show: NEVER WAIT TILL IT'S TOO LATE! If the situation is unstable,
and you think the only way out is to quit -- DON'T QUIT. Try to find
someone who will help you stay, because you're in a position of having
your feet on the ground [when you are working full-time].

[Card shuffling resumes]

Having said that, I want to talk about your situation. You have been
ganged up on. This happens in work places: they will gang up on
people psychically. You'd be surprised how many people "use that
stuff." I've heard many reports where people say, "Yeah, there were
powders thrown all around my car; there was stuff on my chair," et
cetera. So I believe this. People do it because they think that no
one else will believe it's really happening. Some of my listeners will
be asking themselves, "Would they really do that?" Yes, they really
would. And I've known people to throw all kinds of things on other
people's cars, and in their chairs, carpets, and (as you said) over
the top of the door, when they're at work. That's a way to try to
drive them off the job. And they will do it in gangs.

BERNARD: Yes, there were plenty of spots in the carpet, from down the
hall leading into my office. It was horrible.

MISS CAT: Yes. And, another example, just to give our listeners an
understanding of how widespread this is: one man came to me who lived
in an apartment complex for young people who were not married -- it
was kind of a "partyer" apartment complex, if you know what I mean; no
children were there -- and there was a pool, where they would have
these little parties on the weekends, so people could get to know each
other. And sometimes the men and women would flirt, and sometimes
they go with each other, but it was nothing serious.

Well, he had a little fling with one of the women in the apartment
complex, which made another woman mad. And then that made the woman
he had the fling with mad, because he wasn't really serious about her And the next thing he knew, they were coming to his apartment and
asking to borrow things from him -- sugar, salt, that kind of thing --
and then they would bring him back food that they had made with them
[the things they had borrowed].

Of course, he didn't understand what was going on until it was far too
late. He came to find out they had gone into this house, and when he
finally got wise to it, he was already sick; he was really at the end
of his rope. He looked into his suit pockets (he rarely wore it).
There he found little bits of paper with things written on them and
powders wrapped up in them. And again, this was a gang of three women
that just wanted to take him down a peg, because: he had flirted with
one of them and hadn't been serious; he had flirted with another one
and hadn't done anything with her; and the third just went along for
the ride.

They made him miserable until he moved out. So these things do
happen; I understand that they happen; why women would be so cruel and
gang up on men -- I don't know, but I've seen it happen.

Now, let's see what Dr. Kioni has to say -- he has thrown some cards.
He will do a Past, Present, Future, and Outcome reading on your
situation.

DR. KIONI: Thank you, Cat.

First set of cards:

Past: Ace of Wands. You were indeed in a very good position career-wise.

Present: King of Swords, reversed. This position seems to have come
to you after a long period of searching for the right path. Is that
correct?

BERNARD: That is correct.

DR. KIONI: Future: World, reversed. Interestingly enough, though your
position did not seem enviable, it looks like you were on a fast
track, like you were being noticed as someone with leadership potential.

My question, as I laid out these cards, was to discover why you came
under attack in the first place. The cards tell me that someone was
passed over for the position that you got.

Outcome: 7 of Swords, reversed. This tells me that someone (and we
have discerned a couple of names) did work to move this man out of the
picture because they had been overlooked, were no longer top dog once
Bernard arrived. They didn't like you, they didn't want you there --
but it was "nothing personal, just business."

MISS CAT: This is a very interesting case. And what I'm seeing here,
Dr. Kioni, is that they had the help of a professional rootworker.

DR. KIONI: Yes, I do believe that.

MISS CAT: Or that one of them was of that caliber.

DR. KIONI: Yes. And a second layer of cards here, Cat, if I may,
tells more and more of the story.

Past: King of Wands. You [Bernard] come in here as individual who
obviously has paid his dues, has met the qualifications to be a drug
counselor.

Present: 6 of Wands, reversed; again, the same story.

Future: the Devil.

Outcome: Hermit, reversed.

This is all about career! This is all about jealousy, envy. And
someone wants to move you out of the way really, really, really bad,
because you became an enemy when you came in and moved into a position
of authority that someone else wanted. That's what I'm picking up
here; how much of this story do you relate to, sir?

BERNARD: That is the complete truth! I was promoted from what we call
monitor to associate counselor, and from associate counselor to
primary, which is the top counselor [level or grade]. And I was the
on-call counselor, so I made a lot of decisions. Most of the staff
came to me when they wanted to discuss something or to know something.

DR. KIONI: Now, I didn't tell you this when I talked to you earlier
today, correct?

BERNARD: No, you didn't.

DR. KIONI: So this is real time, [these discoveries are taking place]
right now; this is not from any divination done earlier today. And
again, this is my first time today talking to this man, so I did not
know anything about this whatsoever.

MISS CAT: It's interesting to me, because in that first set of cards
that Outcome was the 7 of swords, reversed; I was taught that the 7 of
Swords means "seek good advice" about your situation, which Bernard
has been doing. My question for you, Bernard, is this: do you want to
continue in this career? Can you find another job in this field if we
get rid of these people in your life?

BERNARD: I think there has been a bit of a roadblock. I would speak
about it to anyone that was listening. When it first started
happening to me, I went to my former boss and asked him if there was
anything strange going on. I think people look at me as a raving
lunatic now.

MISS CAT: That's part of the way this game is played, because, of
course, "Nobody believes in that stuff!"

BERNARD: Right. So now my reputation is probably a little dented.
But again, I do have employment -- it's not full time, but it has a
lot of potential.

MISS CAT: So, once this stuff is taken off you, are you going to be
able to get your career back on track, or will you need help with
that, too? We certainly will stand by to help with that, too.

BERNARD: Yeah, I need all the help I can get.

MISS CAT: Well, let's talk about getting this stuff off of you.
Actually, most of the effects should be lessening over time, because
they wanted you off that job, and now you are off that job. They're
not going to carry it any further. I don't see that they are going to
pursue you for the rest of their lives. When someone else is hired to
replace you, they will probably fixate on that person. But you still
need a cleanup, because they set things in motion that are still stuck
to you.

You said that burning candles brought temporary relief.

BERNARD: Yes, it did help, and I got better. But what's bothering me
most of the time now is what I call a psychic attack. It feels like a
spirit enters in the middle of my head and burns me. I bought
crystals, and it has cracked the crystals. And it's constant -- it's
going on right now. The middle of my forehead is real tender. I
don't know how much longer I can put up with this.

MISS CAT: I never like to do any work unless we see that we have some
medical underpinning. When anyone comes to me as a rootworker and
complains of the physical pain, I will insist that they see a doctor. I know you agree with that, Dr. Kioni.

DR. KIONI: Yes, in fact I did bring the subject up with him.

MISS CAT: In order to treat you, I -- or any other good rootworker -- would need to know that you had been physically examined -- that you don't have, God forbid, something wrong.

BERNARD: Well, that's interesting -- not to cut you off, but I have
done that, too. That was my first inclination. I went to my doctor
about two months ago, and he could find nothing wrong with me.

MISS CAT: Good. Because as long as there is physical pain, I want to
know that something is being done about it. I don't like to see
someone ignore physical pain because they think it's mostly a
spiritual attack. When people attack you spiritually, they attack
your physical body, because that is the way to "hurt you unto death." And they attack your weakest physical system. For one person, it
might be back trouble; for another, headaches; for another, allergies
or a heart attack. So, whenever you have a real spiritual attack, it
will manifest physically -- but you need to attend to those physical
symptoms [by physical means].

But let's get on to the real issue here -- how to take this stuff off.
I would recommend cleansing baths, especially because your attacker
was always touching you. You, I, and Dr. Kioni all know that she was
putting things on you when she was touching you. There's no call for
someone on your job to be always touching you. One of the things we
teach people who wish to influence others is: get some powder on your
hand -- not enough to be visible -- and pat them on the back. Or they
might put oil on their hands and give you a little pat or hug.

You're going to have to cleanse all your clothing, and yourself. You
can put a little Chinese Wash in your laundry water. Anything that
can't be washed in water must be dry cleaned. You're going to have to
cleanse every item of clothing that comes in contact with your skin,
because they tried to get things on YOU.

Then you're going to need to cleanse your house. I don't mean getting
down on your hands and knees and going crazy cleaning every single
thing. Just ritually sweep out your house. You can get a flyer from
us on how to do it, or read about it online, or Dr. Kioni can guide
you through the process. Anyhow, you're going to clean the house from
the back to the front. You can use Chinese Wash, Jinx-Killing,
Uncrossing, or 13-Herb Bath, which is an herbal version of Uncrossing,
or you can mix them.

I like to take the 13 herbs, boil them up in water, and say a prayer:
I might say a psalm over them, like the 91st or the 121st, a psalm of
protection. And you can put a little of that water on a wash rag and
just start cleaning off the surfaces in your house. Use a little bit
of it on the floors, and if you have carpeted floors, just spritz a
little bit of it down there, and sweep on the carpet afterwards. Go
through the whole house from back to front, and take the dirty water
-- because you keep working out of that same bucket -- and take it out
of the house -- do not flush it in the house -- and you can throw it
out in the street or at a crossroads. But you do want it off your
property.

BERNARD: OK.

MISS CAT: When I just had to do this at our place here, we walked all
the way down the driveway -- three of us, with me carrying the basin
full of dirty wash water from some problem we had had here in the
shop. I didn't have to walk the half-mile down to the [nearest]
crossroads, I just threw it out in the street. It's off my property
now; it's gone. And I said a prayer: "Let this condition be removed
from my house, from my person." That process should bring relief.

I don't think these people -- these particular people -- are going to
continue to attack you; I don't think they're the kind of people who,
five years later, will still be working against you. What do you
think, Dr. Kioni?

DR. KIONI: I do tend to agree with you. It would be somewhat out of
the ordinary for that to happen, although -- I have to be honest with
you -- I do see this trend occurring more and more often, where people
allow you to forget that they are there, and water passes under the
bridge, so to speak -- but years later, they come back. They hit you,
and they hit you hard. That is, they reinforce what they have done.

But while you continue working with him here and giving him remedies,
I'm going to look [at the cards] and see if that is indeed the case,
all right?

MISS CAT: All right. That's a good idea.

One of the things I do when I do a spiritual cleaning is to start with
a bath if you can; that's very effective. Use the 13-Herb Bath, or
the Uncrossing bath crystals, or both. Pour that over yourself, and
you can either say a prayer from your heart, or you can do what we
call a regular Uncrossing bath, where you cross your arms (so your
right hand is on your left shoulder and your left hand on your right
shoulder, and your arms are making an X across your chest), and you
stroke very rapidly downward and outward, swiftly uncrossing your
arms, saying "Remove this condition from me!" And wipe that bath
water off yourself [making sure you work from head to foot]. You can
stroke down your legs, and say "Remove this condition from me," as you
wipe off the water. Then you get out of the tub.

But don't let all that water go down the drain. Save a basin of the
bathwater; you're going to use it to make your scrub water, because
it's marked with you. So you're going to add some fresh water to
that, and some Chinese Wash or Uncrossing, or something like that, and
then scrub the house from back to front. [Adding condition formulas]
is a good way to strengthen the bathwater to make it stronger [for
scrubbing/cleansing your house].

When you're done with bathing, scrubbing, and throwing out the water,
and everything is gone from your house -- I usually light a little
white candle in each room while I'm cleaning each room, or one candle
for the whole house, if that's all I've got -- and then I pray: "Now,
by the grace of God, it's done" -- or words to that effect -- "I am
cleansed, the house is cleansed, and now I set my protection."

Then I would recommend you take Protection oil, and mark the four
corners of every window in the house. And as you mark them with
little X's in the corners, you would say: "Let no evil person, let no
evil spirit, come in this window." And you would mark each outside
door of your house in the same way, saying: "Let no evil person, let
no evil spirit, come in through the doors of this house. Only those
who are kindly and friendly can come in this building. I ask that in
Jesus' name. Amen." [Since you're working from front to back,] you do
the front door last of all. That seals the house against those people.

Now, let's see what Dr. Kioni has come up with.

DR. KIONI: OK. I did my pendulum as well as turning a single card.
Someone is still actively throwing at this man. I have the 4 of
Swords, reversed. That's not good. Someone is still trying to upset
his life and cause difficulties. Now, sir, let's be honest with each
other, because I need to ask you a very, very sensitive question: My
spirit of divination says that this woman who continues to fixate on
you is upset with you because of some type of sexual pass or advance
that ended in a very, very bad misunderstanding.

BERNARD: Well, this particular person -- I refused to indulge -- put
like that. She was quite promiscuous -- she was younger --

[DR. KIONI laughs]

BERNARD: -- And, you know, she had had everybody, and I just couldn't
go there. That might be what you're picking up on. I didn't have any
respect for her, so I couldn't go there.

DR. KIONI: And so, other than that incident, you are totally
exonerated of any wrongdoing?

BERNARD: Yeah.

DR. KIONI: All right. My spirit of divination indicates to me, Cat,
that this woman is not a professional practitioner; however, she is
deft at her abilities to cast spells and keep going. In particular, I
feel she has a doll on this man. That is the reason she can continue
to work you, sir. You've got a problem, because she is sticking you
in your head.

MISS CAT: Also, I want to say something about that 4 of Swords
reversed: that's also an indication that she might be coming to him in
his sleep. The card shows a sepulcher, with a knight carved in stone,
"asleep."

DR. KIONI: You're referring to the traditional Rider-Waite imagery.

MISS CAT: There's the idea that "he's not dead, he's only sleeping,"
that kind of thing. That 4 of Swords is, to me, a real indication of
stress and problems, difficulties -- real difficulties -- in getting
rid of this thing. And if she was close enough to get something of
his -- a hair, threads from his clothes, or anything of that kind
(I've known people to work with all kinds of things they've gotten in
that way!), she could certainly be working a doll on him. If she was
scorned sexually, that's just another reason for her to do this, in
addition to the career reasons.

DR. KIONI: And that is the reason why she has continued to work this. She is extremely vengeful.

MISS CAT: I think what has to be done is a program of cleansing, and
protections around the house.

Of course, you know her name and what she looks like; you may even
have a photo of her, or may be able to get one, if there is, for
instance, a website that has pictures of the counselors on it. If you
can't get a photo of her, just use her name. I would recommend doing
what we call a freeze-out spell on her, for starters; that might be
enough to make her stop.

Take her name, along with her picture, business card or any articles
you have of hers. Wrap them up with red pepper, to cause her words to
burn in her mouth if she were to lie and talk about you behind your
back; any backbiting will cause her pain. Some people would do this
inside a beef tongue or lamb tongue; nowadays most people just use
brown paper towels and put it in the freezer. I happen to like using
a tongue, because the tongue of an animal represents the tongue of
speech. If you're using a tongue, you slit it open; if you're just
using paper towels, put it between. Now what you put in there is a
piece of paper with her name written three times, with "shut up, shut
up, shut up" or "stop working" or "get out of my life" -- actually,
you want all those things and more! Some people just write "freeze
out" on it. And that goes in there. Put vinegar on it to make her
life sour and to shrivel her up. Put alum on it to make the tongue
cleave to the roof of her mouth, so she can't talk about you.

You can bind this up, because we're going to treat it like a doll
baby. Just go round and round and round with a string or thread,
tying nine knots as you go. And then say, "You're bound; you cannot
harm me anymore." Lay it all on a piece of aluminum foil -- shiny
side up, so it acts more like a mirror -- and wrap it up. Give it a
couple thwacks with your hands to flatten it, and put it back in the
freezer. Say, "You are frozen out; you are frozen out of my life;
your influence is frozen." This is a spell you can try at home. It
may very well give you relief.

If you need more help, you will probably need someone else to make a
doll baby on her. What do you think, Dr. Kioni?

DR. KIONI: I like the idea very much. You're fighting fire with fire.

You also want to consider, in addition to the 13-Herb Bath, using
Lucky Mojo brand War Water. War Water can actually be used in a
positive way, besides using it to throw down against an enemy, because
it has RUST at its core; correct, Cat?

MISS CAT: Yes.

DR. KIONI: And rust comes from iron…

MISS CAT: It always has a rusty nail in it.

DR. KIONI: … And iron is a protective agency, which is why we place
railroad spikes at the four corners of our property, etc. So I
recommend a War Water bath to reinforce your spiritual perimeter for
protection. I have also seen a recipe that suggests ingesting a
little bit of War Water.

MISS CAT: Oh, yes! I've known people to do it -- and I'll tell you,
that stuff smells like swamp water. I've known people to do that
therapeutically, to strengthen themselves from the inside, just like
an iron tonic would, but this is more of a psychic iron tonic.

DR. KIONI: I do suggest that, and you may want to couple with the war
water -- and, Miss Cat, tell me what you think of this -- Dragon's
blood [resin] as a part of that bath.

MISS CAT: That's good, because Dragon's blood is another one of those
red things that has a warlike nature. Kioni is right; you need to up
your own energy level to fight this fire with fire. I would go a step
farther, too; as you go on about your daily life, you might want to
have something to carry with you, to touch, to get a little strength
from as these hits come. Because what you're describing to me is
someone who hits you whenever they have a free moment, someone who's
going, "Oh yeah, and him -- Bang!"

[Laughter]

MISS CAT: I'll tell the truth -- I have two people in my life that I
do that to. One of them, I've been doing it for 10 years; the other
is more recent. These are people who have done me wrong; I'm not a
crazy woman who hurts people just for the sake of getting ahead.
Whenever their names come up, or even a name that sounds like theirs,
just as a dog can be trained to salivate when you ring a bell -- when
those names come up, even in conversation or on a TV show or whatever,
I've trained myself to just snap my fingers and sent a little bolt
toward that person. I'm like a hunting dog on them, and probably will
be for the rest of my life, and I'm not ashamed of it.

So she's doing that to you. She doesn't have as good a cause as I
have. So when she hits you that way, you need something you can focus
on so as to bounce it back. A protective talisman or mojo bag would
be good to wear. If you wear a talisman of the type that's
consecrated for protection -- these are generally worn on a chain
around his neck, on the chest -- you'll find that when you take a
major hit, the chain will break and it'll fall off. I like them to be
made out of silver, though pewter works pretty good. Their real virtue
is not that they were made in a certain shape to look like a
protective talisman -- like a Seal of Solomon or one of those
old-fashioned protective things that go back hundreds or thousands of
years (some of which are very good) -- their power lies in the fact
that they are consecrated. It's true that their shape and materials
can be important.

There are astrological talismans that are made on certain days of the
year, you know, when there's a certain sign in the sky that says
"protection," and people will make a bunch of these and sell them
later. There are ones that are made traditionally, like those African
ones that are leather with a little cowrie shell on them. And there
are saint medals, and many other things.

But whatever type you use, you have to consecrate it, or have it
consecrated for you.

BERNARD: How do you do that?

MISS CAT: There are many ways to do that. You can recite prayers over
them while you hold them in your hand; some people will hold it in
their hand for hours praying over it, or just as they go about their
daily work, they'll oil it with a protection oil and say psalms of
protection over it, or just pray from their own hearts. They'll do
this every day, over and over -- and as you work with it you'll start
to feel it come to life. You can have someone else pray over it for
you; many people do consecrate talismans for their clients.

BERNARD: I have a mojo bag and a talisman. I didn't think it worked.

MISS CAT: All right. Well, another way is to soak it in certain
things, or mouth-spray it with rum, warm it [gently!] over a fire,
smoke it in incense, breathe on it -- there are many ways to set these
things working. Most of them are effective; they vary from culture to
culture and from person to person. Some people leave them out under
the sun or under the moon to receive certain influences. Now, I don't
know who made your mojo bag or what's in it, but I would not consider
it to be mine unless it had some of my stuff in it. In this case, I'd
also want some protection herbs; rue, agrimony, salt, hyssop, red

Conquer root for your own personal strength, power and protection,
goldenseal for your health -- there's so many different things that
you could put in such a bag. Then it should be warmed, smoked,
breathed into, bathed -- however you're going to dress and fix it. And

DR. KIONI: This is a little bit more complicated -- but have a doll
made as a substitute for you -- to take the hit for you! A simple
cloth doll, with your photo glued onto the face, baptized in your
name, filled with your personal concerns -- blood, hair, fingernails,
semen, etc. Take an article of your clothing that has not been cleaned
since you last wore it; have the doll's clothing made from that.
Finally, you want to put a lodestone in this doll, so it will attract
and hold the hits. Put it somewhat out of the way -- under a spare
pillow in your bedroom, for instance -- so that it will pull the hits
away from you. Then, twice a year, take out the lodestone and wash it
off to release the energy that it has captured, feed it with some
whiskey, and put it back into the doll to put the spell back in

MISS CAT: That's brilliant! It's going to take a little work. You
might want a worker to make that for you, if you're not a seamstress
yourself. This is very similar to some of the things they do in
Thailand, where they wear the palad khik, which literally means "the
honorable surrogate penis." Because in Thailand they do a lot of
magic on men, I guess to attack their penises, to give them erectile
dysfunction or make them infertile [or, as conjures put it, to "tie
their nature" -- MCM]. It's a very common form of magic in Thailand;
when someone gets mad, the first thing they do is go for the man's
you-know-what. Well, they [also] have a whole type of magic built up
to counteract that, based on the palad khik, the "honorable surrogate

body, so it's not where your real penis is. It's going to take the

MISS CAT: Well, a regular doll is what we call a voodoo doll; "voodoo
doll" is just a name.

MISS CAT: Back in the day, people would make those dolls out of
anything. They would make them out of a wax candle, or cloth -- you
could make a doll out of rice grains. That's how they do it in India.
A voodoo doll is just one pattern of doll, it's got kind of
square-looking feet and stuff [and if you aren't much of a seamstress,
is one of the easiest kinds to make, since it is all straight lines.
-- MCM] You can actually make them any shape. You can also make them
out of feathers, out of twine, twigs.

But what we're talking about here is a cloth dolly that would be
stuffed, because you want that lodestone in the center. As Dr. Kioni
was explaining, you want to stuff it with things that are of yourself. The best way to do that is to put the hair of your head in the head
of the doll; fingernail clippings in the doll's hands; toenail
clippings in its feet. You would need someone who knows how to sew to
put together such a doll for you. You can't just buy it off the
shelf; it's personal.

BERNARD: OK.

DR. KIONI: Bernard, do you have any questions about the instructions
that you have been given tonight, or any other questions that have not

BERNARD: I have many questions, but the most important is -- I'm not
sure I have my notes together to where I can do this by myself.

Is there away that he could protect him or her self against accidental mishaps with the doll if it does affect the client?

I can see lots of picture racing through my brain. For example, the house burning down, the doll gets damage, would it have an effect on the person who reflection it is?
