I really want to move and I do not want to incur any debt with current landlord. I'd like to move without having a penalty and I'd really like this break in lease to work in my favor. Although I have been told by one of the office personnel that I will still have to pay rent up to end of contract.... I am still hoping I can get out of it considering all the things I've had to deal with while here. Any hope?
