Hello
I'm from the UK and new to root work,
I used to do my own thing before like the law of attraction, it used to work for me but now nothing is working for me, all my attempts are failing, I even tried doing what I used to do but it's just not working any more. So this is my last hope.
1) I been really stuck in love and career front and have posted new thread on them, hope someone can help.
2) I have read through the forum on all the threads - took me all weekend. Some information is confusing and I need clarification e.g
A) can I do block buster spell without going to the cross roads? I live in a busy area and don't want to start tossing herbs in all directions in the middle of the city.
B) I was thinking of doing only the crystal bath then a candle vigil for the block buster without doing the cross roads bit - will it work ?
3) Same with master oil and boss fix oil, can I just use it to shake hands at interview or do I need to do a spell for it ?
Thank you

Re: Hello
Hello, and welcome to our forum.
1) We can address those issues best in the thread where you posted.
2A) I am unclear how you came to the assumption that disposal of spell remnants at a crossroads is either necessary or advisable in your case. or in all cases. Please do not think that African American hoodoo is based on such arbitrary and irrational rules. Ask yourself WHY one would dispose of something at a crossroads. The answer to that question will determine what you do with spell remains.
See this page in my book "Hoodoo in Theory and Practice" for a deeper look into MANY forms of spell remnant disposal: http://luckymojo.com/layingtricks.html
2B) Same answer -- there is no earthly reason that one must connect crossroads disposal with a working -- unless one wishes to spread the influence of the spell far and wide.
3) Yes, you can use those oils as a personal hand dressing. There are many other uses for them as well. Your concept of "a spell" is flawed. You may be seeking some form of ritualized behaviour that is not inherent to hoodoo. Yes, we can do spells, but much of our work is simple and direct contact work.
I suggest that you study African American folk magic through my web site for a while, and do not assume that every post here is either accurate or informed. Many people who post here and are not moderators are seekers such as yourself and may be as new to this practice as you are. The moderators each have their own styles of work, and can generally be relied upon to have an opinion -- but it may not be a universally agreed-upon opinion, since hoodoo is a form of community based folk magic, not a doctrinal rue-set.
