Greetings from Virginia!
My twin brother recommended Lucky Mojo Hoodoo Rootwork Hour podcasts to me quite a while ago. This March, around the time the COVID-19 pandemic began spreading across the U.S., I started listening to show podcasts and was immediately hooked - I'm now listening to shows from back in autumn 2018! The shows are educational and entertaining - I love the learning and laughter that occur during every episode. With the stress and turmoil in the world right now, listening to the shows has helped me feel connected to a wonderful community.
Before I ramble off into obscurity, suffice it to say that I am glad to finally join the forum! Currently, I'm listening to today's live broadcast on BlogTalkRadio curled up on the sofa with my beagle. Hope to read and learn more here on the forum, not to mention get to know some of you ^_^
P.S. My twin gave me gifts of "The Black Folder: Personal Communications on the Mastery of Hoodoo" by catherine yronwode and "Hoodoo Shrines and Altars: Sacred Spaces in Conjure and Rootwork" by Phoenix LeFae, both of which I enjoyed and highly recommend.
Peace to y'all!
