To rid one's spouse of a stalker and harasser, perform a moving candle spell on the enemy.
Name a white Gentleman Candle for your husband and a black Gentleman Candle for the other man. (You can change the Gentleman candles for Lady candles, as appropriate.)

Dress the white candle with Blessing Oil, Cast Off Evil Oil, and High John the Conqueror Oil to give him strength. (If using a Lady Candle, employ Queen Elizabeth Root in Oil instead of John the Conqueror Oil.

Dress the black candle with Hot Foot Oil, dust it with Hot Foot Powder, and sprinkle Hot Foot Powder around its base.

Set the two candles back-to-back and light them. Burn them in sections over the course of nine days, moving them a bit apart each day. At the end of each session, pinch out the flames with your fingers, don't blow them out. At the end of nine days, they should be quite far apart, and you may let the candles burn out completely.
Bury your husband's candle remnants in your back yard or in a potted plant to keep him safe close by.
To dispose of the enemy's candle remnants, put them in a brown paper bag with the remains of the Hot Foot Powder, and dress the bag with the remains of the Hot Foot Oil.
Roll the bag up and throw it over your left shoulder ino a fast-flowing stream or river as you pray that this man be carried out of your life. Go home and don't look back.
Back at home, brew a batch of Hyssop tea and let it cool to body heat. Drink a small portion of it and pour the rest over your body while standing in the tub or shower, reciting Psalms No. 51 to cleanse yourself.
