Venerable Matt Talbot Questions and Answers

I petitioned Matt Talbot for some work I'm doing on an alcoholic and I'm getting an angry, irritated vibe from him. Seems kinda odd.
Not sure if I'm off on something or if I should petition someone else? Any experiences/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
