Novena to the Thirteen Blessed Souls
(Jesus and the Twelve Apostles)

(Please Note - The repeat of the first line is not a mistake it is supposed to be read twice.)

Oh my thirteen Blessed souls so wise and understanding, I ask you for
the Love of God that my request be answered.

Oh my thirteen Blessed souls so wise and understanding, I ask you for
the Love of God that my request be answered. Of you I ask for the sake
of the blood that Jesus shed that my request be answered.

My Lord Jesus Christ that your protection wrap me with your arms. Guard
me with your eyes.

O God of kindness you have been my defender in life and death. I ask
that you free me from the difficulties that torment me. My thirteen
blessed souls so wise and understanding having received the grace I seek
from you (state request) I will be devoted to you.


Say Thirteen Our Father's and Thirteen Hail Mary's for Thirteen
consecutive days. Publish this prayer (share it with a friend) and
give a Mass of Thanksgiving.


** I added a few things to this prayer, though I am sure it will work on it's own as is. I laid out a spread of the pictures of all the Saints under my crucifix that hangs just above my altar. I burned frankincense and myrrh to the right, placed my bible on the left and placed a white candle in the centre of the altar. To the left of the candle just above the bible, I set a glass of cold spring water. I said this prayer every day at 9pm. I lit the candle and let it burn until midnight, each hour for the Holy Trinity and then pinched it out. I replaced the water every night. In addition to the thirteen Our Father's and Hail Mary's, I also said thirteen Glorias, while clutching my rosary and offered to make a donation to my catholic church, as well as MISC if my request be answered. None of this additional stuff is necessary, however, I felt compelled into it and it worked for me. In fact it was answered in 9 days. I finished it, regardless.. So your milage may vary.

For those unfamiliar with the term, "The Thirteen Blessed Souls" generally refers to Jesus and his twelve disciples.

I am bumping this thread as I have just completed this novena and it came true once again. Those that haven't seen this, it's quite a powerful thing.

Oh I have never seen or heard about this one before! I love the thought of it and think I'm going to do it this~ I know this is a lod post but: 1 question does the time matter when you burn the candles? I do all my prayers and spell work mostly during the day when I'm alone.
I don't think hubby would totally understand)
