Saint Rose of Lima Questions and Answers

Hi guys! I need some help, I am very devoted to Santa Rosa de Lima, and would like to know how to worship her on Hoodoo, her "utilities", her offering preferences...! Thanks to all who help, kisses from Brazil!

Working with a Saint is a personal experience that often follows the folk traditions or the Churches traditions for that saint. We do not per-say worship saints, offerings are based on the tradition of that Saint. What do they do in Brazil for Saint Rose of Lima, what traditions revolve around this Saint? You may want to do some research on the Saint, her life, her colors, food, feast day and go from there.

Some traditional items associated with Saints are using a votive candle with the Saint on the glass, dressed with oil, and a color candle associated with the Saint. You can place a glass of water out along with a photo of the Saint to start and learn to build a relationship with her.
