The AIRR Tech Team gathered today to generate a new page on Rebecca, who was the ancestress of the nations of Israel and Edom. The wife of the Biblical patriarch Isaac, she struggled with infertility for twenty year, before giving birth to twin sons, Jacob and Esau. She is venerated as a prophetess, and a woman of kind and gracious hospitality, whose help is sought in matters of fertility and pregnancy. Miss Michaele wrote the page, Catherine Yronwode found the illustration and edited the text, and proofreading and site-wide links were supplied by Papa Newt and Nagasiva Yronwode.
