AIRR Tech Team Report 12/3/2024 Krampus and Saint Nicholas!

Image

The AIRR Tech Team gathered their fruit baskets, lumps of coal, and birch switches to celebrate the web pages on Krampus and Saint Nicholas, just in time for Krampusnacht and the feast day of Saint Nicholas on December 6th. Catherine Yronwode wrote the Krampus page with contributions by Lukianos, Papa Newt, and Mama Vergi. Nagasiva Yronwode and Deacon Millett wrote the Saint Christopher page with contributions by Catherine and Papa Newt. Catherine sourced the graphics from unknown artists whose work was photo-edited by Nagasiva. Lukianos, Mama Vergi, and Papa Newt did proofreading and site-wide linking, and Nagasiva created this graphic announcement. Check out our festive pages on Krampus and Saint Nicholas!

The Krampus and Saint Nicholas pages are here:

It was a lot of fun to work with my colleagues n these two free pages for the public at the AIRR web site. They are very popular, as the Krampus page has been viewed 7,800 times and the Saint Nicholas page has received 11,200 views.

Your interest in our work is what keeps us teaching -- and hosting free sites for all.
