Now I really love and appreciate these cleansing spells mentioned here... because I do work in the public and can just sense a difference in energy when interacting with various individuals, I have learned to come straight home and strip out of all my clothing and immediately start a wash of clothes and add the epsom salt and then go immediately and jump in the shower to cleanse away all the day's encounters... but I did not know nor realize the importance of ammonia and how just a small capful can be so powerful and obviously, so needed!
