Yep, it is a disc filled with beautiful candle labels, petition papers, and seals of Solomon and Moses for printing out. Perhaps a friend with a computer and a printer can get you set up to check it out and print the items that are of use to you.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Hi Miss Cat & friends at the shop,
Order 122525 I am missing item AMU-USA-PTPR. Is it safe to assume that’s what I was refunded for? If you have any hope of it coming back in stock soon, I have 2 outstanding orders and I’d be happy for you to charge my card on file and add it to one of those.
Last time I tried calling the shop it was during business hours (I did account for PDT) and I got a recording saying to email the order address, but I’ve emailed order@luckymojo.com twice and never gotten a reply. (Yep, checked my spam folder.) If I stay on the line long enough will it ring through to the shop or let me leave a message?
Edited to update: I got one of those two outstanding orders but I still have one left.

Yes, the refund was for the amulet. We, unfortunately, have no current ETA on this item.
I have gone through our emails and did not see any from you. Then, I found that your email is blocked. Below is a copy of the detail. This is a message we received after an attempt to send you your order conformation email. You may want to see what is going on with the server on your end.

Huh, I have no idea what could be wrong. Perhaps next time I log in I’ll just change my email in the system. I have a gmail address as well. I just prefer to use that iCloud one for my shopping accounts.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Hello,
My question is that, I ordered a tripple strength mojo bag for steady job.
But the bag came missing items; Saint John root and the lodestone.
I still had to do the steady job spell because I have an interview next
week. Instead of Saint John root I found something in the bag, it was a
like small twig. And I wrapped the money around it. Also I was lucky that I
found my own , old lodestone and I used it in my petition.
Will my mojo bag still work?

Hell, Beatrice --
Thanks for reaching out. The High John root (not Saint John) we put in our mojo bags is a young root. The large ones are far too large to carry in a bag. They are either little balls or log, narrow roots that have not yet filed out. What you called the brown twig was almost certainly the young John the Conquerer root.
The same goes for Lodestones -- we cannot put small, medium, or large ones in a bag -- they are iron ore and very heavy -- so we put in pea-gravel sized pieces called Lodestone Grit and Gravel. They look like small grey stones. If yours was missing, send a photo of the contents to the Lucky Mojo shop email and we will sent the missing ingredients.
Please read our online
POLICY FOR RETURNED GOODS, FIXING ORDERS WITH MISSING ITEMS, AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
http://www.luckymojo.com/mojocatreturns.html
No one from the Lucky Mojo customer service department or shipping department reads this forum.
The number to call for those departments is 707-887-1521 -- or you can email the office at order@luckymojo.com and it will be picked up first thing in the morning. The Lucky Mojo shop is open 7 days a week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time. Please attach a photo of the broken item or product with missing ingredients, that'll speed things up.
They'll fix you up with a replacement item -- but you've got to call or email them, okay?
Thanks!

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Hello,
Thank you for your reply. Can I open the mojo bag?
I didn’t get the job. That’s why it doesn’t matter, if I open it, I guess. Since it didn’t work.
I will check those pieces if they were there. I actually used my own lodestone in the mojo bag.
Can i reuse the ingredients from the mojo bag? For example my lodestone?
Thank you for your time,
Banu

Yes, you can re-make and resuse components of a mojo hand if you rededicate it for its purpose.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
I received my order today. I requested discreet shipping in the notes as always. In the past this always meant it came from someone’s name with the shop address. Today it came with the shop name as well. Lucky Mojo Curio Co Shipping Dept, Lucky Mojo Curio Co, etc. Are you no longer able to obscure the shop name in the return address? I had to remove the shipping label and mutilate it because I live with someone who is not above snooping in the trash, unfortunately.

Hello, RisenRaven --
I am so sorry that this happened! We certainly do the the ability to create a return address with a person's name on it -- but it takes a person to do so, and it looks like that erson forgot and let the piece go through unaltered. Please call the shop, Monday through Friday and ask to speak to Eileen. She is the head of shipping and will check to see that (1) your account is clearly marked diScreet SHIPPING in big red capital letters and (2) this will never happen again. Tell her that i said we owe you a make-good present of some sort for messing this up.
Again, my apologies on behalf of everyone!

Okay so I called Eileen and told her and she promised she’d make the change and I just got another package, which I had made sure to put discreet packaging in the notes, and it still came through with Lucky Mojo instead of a person’s name.

Oh, ugh. Please call the shop and talk to Eileen. I am so sorry this happened. Give her some feedback, as she is the person responsible. Thanks.

Okay, I’ve talked to her and she says it seems to be a technical problem with the database and it’s being fixed. Thank you Miss Cat!

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Thank you, RisenRaven, for bringing it to our attention. The problem was not carelessness but an actual technical issue in our shipping program, probably dating to a software update we did. We aim to please, and i am very sorry it took so long tu locate the cause. I am grateful you helped us get it fixed by telling us about it.
