So I thought I would give an update. I was able to find an apartment! My neighbors are nice, it’s in a really good area, and I am content with this apartment. I would like to thank everyone who helped me with their advice.

IDK where else to post this.

I'm in central florida and the population boom, political climate, and the fact that I've never liked Florida since I moved here 23 years ago and I want to do work that'll truly pick me and my family up and take us home. I want to live in a place that's walkable and not filled to the brim with hot headed cantankerous people and waking up several mornings a week to some news that the people running the state want to take another of my rights away or make stuff more expensive. I don't want to live in a place where homeless people are getting pushed to the brush by rivers and creeks to get attacked and killed by alligators, because legislators are making their camps illegal everywhere.

I want to do a working to influence my family to move out of state in FL, to my home town of Manchester New Hampshire. The way it'd go down is we'd be selling the property here for property up there. I'm also open to moving to another place with my family we've not been to before, if its a better choice (like I'm scared of dealing with winter after family passes away, I'm alone and on SSI so I've considered that).

My stepdad is open to moving but he seems pretty directionless. He does hate this place enough though to consider my wishes, after I finish probation here in the next month.

I have no idea if I'm coming or going currently. I want to find better, but its unlikely I'll find something better than $200 living with family. Really I wish this entire ship would sink but I might not have a good choice for a while to move. I'm using a House Blessing, Road Opener, and Fast luck for this.

The dude I just felt remorse for and postponed working curses on, just screwed the goose again, like he always does just as I'm about to turn the other cheek and let it slide (this is why I keep stressing its like a sign from the universe that I should have no hand in helping or healing the dude I basically just use for car rides because he's with my mom and he's shit.

It may be a good idea to do a cleansing to remove any negative energy from yourself. The thirteen-herb bath would be a good start. Follow this a Lodestone set under a petition paper of what you are looking for in a place to rent and of course the amount you can pay. Hi all,

I don't quite know how to phrase the necessity of this spell but here goes. I got accepted to my dream school and I am an older transfer student which makes me automatically eligible for a specific set of housing. I would still be living on campus, but in an apartment on my own. Essentially, I want to be sure I get the apartment on my own.

I have the names of housing coordinators and dirt from the school, but not the apartment.

Hi,

I'm looking for an apartment in the neighborhood I've lived in since 2013. Last month I started praying to Our Lady of Loreto and St. Jude regularly.

Obstacles:
(1) I am on disability (SSDI),
(2) competition for reasonably priced 1BR apartments, and
(3) a possible negative reference from my current property manager who opted not to renew my lease.

SSDI: I don't meet salary requirements (monthly income = 3X the rent), but I have a co-signer who qualified me for my current apartment. The leasing agent at my previous apartment liked me and offered me a lease without a co-signer.

Competition: Last year, I'd bookmark apartments and they would be gone before I could even schedule a viewing. I only saw two places, I chose the larger one and regretted it.

Current property manager issues: There was no painting, repairing or cleaning before I moved in, so it was in shameful condition, but the PM refused to acknowledge this and got snippy with me. Per her LinkedIn - she has had five property manager jobs since 2014, so I understand not wanting a tenant who calls attention to her oversight. I didn't expect them to renew my lease. But that's never happened to me before, I don't know what kind of reference someone like that would be for a tenant.

I applied for two apartments last week, one denied me and one may have ghosted me. The latter is the one I want, but no one responded to my follow-up texts on Tuesday or today (Friday). I'm going to an open house on the same block this weekend, but I like the place that ghosted me.

The leasing agent who denied me said their decision was income-based, despite my co-signer (Mom), and despite her offering to pay five months rent up-front (she knew they would decline anything she offered) - but they offered me my choice of apartments in a less desirable neighborhood (!) meaning it wasn't really about income. I don't know if they did a landlord reference check.

This is stressing me out. I'm trying to get off disability and was discussing surgery options with my doctor before I found out I must move. I need to lock something down before I can move forward with my life.

Is there a single candle that will cover everything?

Gooday,
I recently purchased a turn key house and land. The house is about 40% complete by the housing aurhority. Its been over one month and the housing authority who has direct oversight for the Contractor is not pushing or progressing the works forward. I have paid in full for this land and house , the house is to be build by the housing authority. How can I get the housing authority to push the Contractor to progress the work on my house?
