Hi Sashee78,

Miss Tammie Lee's product and prayer advice is right on the nail, I just want to stress that when it comes to addiction - particularly with hard-to-kick habits like meth - getting your ex to seek help and find a recovery program is critical. 12 step groups like NA have a proven history of success and there are also some newer groups that specialize in recovery from specific types of drugs that operate on either an in our out-patient basis depending on the program.

To find the right professionals to help your husband, you can petition Dr Hernandez if you're comfortable working with Saints. Healing oil on a petition burned under a dressed white vigil light or a Healing light can also be successful in this type of mater.

Blessings to you and your family.

Your mother needs to have something to do to forget that habit. LIke to go anywhere or make your mother busy with her work. And if it not still working don't lose hope.

Another avenue you might explore is focused prayer with a crystal ball and the use of Psalms to protect her. There are several good techniques for helping a distressed person from a distancethat i could describe, and if you call the radio show and get selected as a guest, i will gladly go over them for you.

In the meantime, or in addition, be sure to utilize the services of the Crystal Silence League as well. The CSL will pray for her daily, and if you post "reminder" prayers once a week or once a month, the folks at the CSL who keep the prayers on their altars for 30 days at a time will always have her in their thoughts. You can upload her picture to the CSL with each prayer request and the picture will not be seen by the public, only by the pastors and members of the CSL. Do not use her full name in the prayers, please, as we edit out full names to a first name and a last initial for the sake of privacy.

Hi im new to the forum - this will be my first post - basically my situation is about porn addiction - which has been haunting me off and on - for many years (since the internet started in the 90's) - i consider myself a very spiritual person - and i want to progress spiritualy and serve God - but this addiction just gets a strong hold on me - and its seem to me when i get bored and have alot of free time-

ive been to a few spiritual circles like the "white eagle lodge" for help but i always seem to fall back on this addiction - not only that - in this addiction i always feel guilty of wrong doing to God - and that i feel like god wil not make me progress to a higher level of spirituality

i just want this to stop completely and for this addiction to be rooted out

so im going to need some strong encouraging suggetions

give thanks

My sweetheart's daughter is in need of healing. I only know the drug part, have no idea of the trauma that I feel is the root cause, other than her father being pushed out of their home almost five years ago. There is something else, I know that in my heart. At this moment she is lonely, all her friends have boyfriends except her. She feels unappreciated, does all the housework in a home with two floors and three people, while working and going to college.

It is multiple drug abuse. She is going to a counselor at her college at 2pm. She wants to get clean, and that is half the battle. What can I do to help her?

Concerning her drug abuse; her desire to get clean, and seeking help are great steps. I believe that Cast Off Evil products can be used to help with the fight to escape substance abuse.

I would also suggest you post a prayer request for her at the Crystal Silence League. It can do wonders.

Hi Jeannie,

As TheDixieFlatline has said, Cast Off Evil can help with addictions, but a proper therapeutic recovery group and her own desire to be clean will also be critical in her recovery. 12 step programs like Narcotics Anonymous have proven their effectiveness and have helped many recover. For others, a more clinical setting is helpful. She'll have to figure out what works for her, but if she's open to it you can provide different avenues to explore and offer to accompany her if necessary. John the Conqueror is also a wonderful product line to work with in this case, Victory as well can be a good alternative.

For the root cause, that is the hard part to get at. It's also a path most often walked alone. To help her find the path, you can make a dollbaby of her and then give it Healing, Clarity and Blessing baths. You could also have a Healing and/or Blessing light set by MISC for her: http://www.luckymojo.com/mojocatcandleservices.html.

Finally, if she's open to it, get some personal concerns from her and a have a jack ball made for her: http://www.luckymojo.com/mojocatmojo.html#jack. It's a really powerful toby that she can keep on her. It'll help give her strength and luck through it all. It can also be a subject of sharing between the two of you, a connection that will help foster a closer relationship.

Blessings and best of luck to you both.

Thank you both so much, I'll get started on the dollbaby today. Luckily her Dad is on the case and he's had experience helping family members before. This is a good kid, she is just lost and lonely right now. She is under a doctor's care and he has several ideas, I will baptise it and pray they choose the best and most effective choice. Planning to annoint the doll with the oils, unless you have a different suggestion.

Ohh...blessing baths. Since she's Catholic I would get the bath crystals and mix them with holy water from the church up the street where I regularly contribute to their food drive...got it...thanks...I submerge the whole doll, right?

Blessings on you,
Jeannie

Jeannie M: I like to use a combination of Cast Off Evil, King Solomon Wisdom, and Clarity Oil for situations like these. A drug addiction is a serious attachment of that spirit and getting the mind clear and right can help greatly in lessening the hold that these substances can have on a person. Good luck, this is wonderful work you are doing.

Thank you very much for your kind words, Joseph. I feel it's something I have to do, this is a good kid. We've all gone through something like this, haven't we? Prescription drugs are so dangerous and available - and she's very vulnerable right now. Can't wait for my products. Wish me luck.

Vulnerability is a nemisis is these kinds of cases. A Fiery Wall of Protection Spell with the inner candle dressed with Cast of Evil Oil is a good addition to this hard kind of work. Also add salt and/or oak to the circle for long term stability.
Good luck and Blessings to your work.

Thanks, everyone. Exploring all options except sharing magic with her. Not at this point, I don't feel she would be comfortable and neither would her father. Maybe things will change this summer if he and I house sit in the same place, she wants to join us for a while and we think that would be a great idea. Prayed for her at the Crystal Silence League and maybe I should pray we are asked again. No word yet.

Jeannie M.
P.S. I wonder what else can I do to put us at the top of the housesitting list.

Stefanie, I would suggest that you start with the Cast Off Evil spell kit. It will give you a firm foundation for your goal of quitting. You can always add a mojo. Also, avoid places where people are smoking and find other ways to relieve stress. Congratulations on your desire to be free from smoking cigarettes.

Hi Stefanie,

Clarity, King Solomon Wisdom or Tranquility oil is also a good investment alongside the Cast Off Evil spell kit as Mama Micki suggested. Anoint your temples with the oil of your choice to reason and calm your way through the inevitable cravings that characterize the first 3 weeks and then the test of resolve somewhere around month 3!

Hold fast to your desire to quit and on a mundane level - exercise to keep your mind of the smoke and up your naturally produced happy-endorphins.

Since your initial post dates from February of 2011, if you could let us know how your resolutions has been going, it would be great.

Blessings.

Well - another 2c - like u j82, after a decade of cancer sticks it's now been a year and a half without the smokes and WOW do you feel better without them. another trick:

When I was quitting, for the first six months I put aside my cigarette $ under a John the Conqueror root. at the end of every month 1/2 would go under a lodestone dressed to keep money and the other 1/2 would go on an LM order ;) My supplies increased substantially as did my savings account and my resolve.

This works really well especially if you can get licorice roughly the same size of a cigarette. Mimics your need for the oral fixation AND holding a "stick" in your hand. Helps with the craving.

Goooood point! It's funny how my brain is still learning how to "click" in all of the attributes of the herbs and roots I/we use. The control aspect is a perfectly appropriate magical purpose for the work of controlling ones addictions! Thank you for the added note.

My father has been to rehab many times and even prison due to alcohol related driving incidents. He has proven uncurable via many treatments and just does not want to stop.

He is at the point where his health is failing (he had heart failure last year).
I am a novice, but from what i have read i'd prefer to stay as "lady-hearted" as possible... in this case, would not mind using domination/ controlling spell of some variety to use to keep him off of the alcohol.

Has anyone had any success using hoodoo for the purpose of helping an addict?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
thanks!

I would suggest that you work with Cast off evil products. I would recommend that you get the spell kit. In addition, you may want to have a baby doll constructed so that you can do the cast off evil bath if you dont have access to your father physically.

I've been doing alot of Cast-Off Evil work. I have the oil already and black candles. (I read on the LMC site that black candles can be used for freedom from evil in the candle magic section and it's been working pretty well so far.) The only two herbs I know of that can be used in Cast-Off evil spells are eucalyptus and knotweed.

Anyone know what other herbs are best used in casting-off addictions, obsessions and bad habits?

Lots of the cleansing-type herbs can be used in the same way as Eucalyptus to "cleanse" yourself of the past and bad habits. Herbs such as Lemon, Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena and Hyssop.

Good luck,

Hi Jinglepop,

in addition to MaryBee's excellent advice, if you burn white helper lights for healing, goldenseal is an excellent herb to help with overall health and mental strength as is boneset for both its curing and preventative contributions as well as yarrow for courage and bravery. You can also look in the following list: http://www.luckymojo.com/hoodooataglance.html under the headings ''Drive Away / Keep Away''.

Blessings and best of luck.

Cast Off Evil smells very strongly of Eucalyptus. I'd select cleansing and protective herbs that have a similar scent. Some folks do mix the lemony scents with the menthol-y ones; others think they clash (and that's the more traditional view, I hear).

So, if lemongrass and lemon verbena seem to clash with Cast Off Evil, try: Camphor, Pine, Basil, Bay Leaf. Also more neutral-smelling herbs* like Agrimony, Five Finger Grass, and -- why didn't I think of this first -- HYSSOP!

*I have to admit that I have not worked with these herbs in their fresh state -- only dried. Would love to hear from folks who have worked with the living plants.

Hope this helps,

Miss Michaele

Lavender might also be a nice addition. I love lavender a lot and it's a good soothing herb, especially if the issue at hand is obsession. I also agree with the suggestion of hyssop. I'm one of those who likes lemon-y things too. Oh, and salt. :D

I work a lot with fresh stuff and I actually grow quite a few things like hyssop and lavender etc. When I'm working, I'm usually not much worried about the smell, depending. That's one of the things I love so much about miss cat's oils lol.

Also, there's much to be said for fervent prayer! At an early age, it was pretty much drilled into me that I *choose* to accept or reject whatever the condition may be. "You pray in the name of Jesus" was what I was told. Whether it was stress, worry, fear, sadness, letting go, or just needing to study well for an exam, that's what you do. And if that doesn't seem to help, hop in the shower! Of course, the shower isn't exactly "traditional" nor is it "living" water. But it is running water. So, in times of crisis you pray till you feel better, and you don't let go. There've been a couple of points in my life when I've been "Lord! I'm not getting out of here until..."

You might be a prune when you get out lol, but you stand under that water and pray like you mean it! You're literally refusing to accept whatever it is that's plaguing you. It's not on you, it's not in you, it's not around you. The lady at my church always said "That's just the devil. And you REJECT it!" I don't mean denial lol. I mean you're pushing those things out of your head and heart, giving them to The Most High, and accepting His love, His will, and His work in their place. (I remember the very first time I did that I was only about 9-10 and having problems at home. I was in the tub every night for heaven knows how long lol. And it worked on *every* area of my life!)

If it's an ongoing serious problem, it might be a good idea too to start and end your day with the Bible. Psalms and/or Proverbs are good. And, get one of those pocket NTs that have Psalms and Proverbs with them. Keep it with you. You can pray over it and bless it first if you'd like. But have it with you to turn to when you're out and about.

Your interest in herbs could be quenched by considering the 13 herb spiritual bath ( http://herb-magic.com/13herb-bath-13.html ), I just love it. It includes a proprietary blend designed to remove Jinxes and end crossed conditions. You can see the mixture of herbs...

I've been trying to overcome my behavioral addiction for 5 months now. I've tried just about everything: Emotional Freedom Technique, talk therapy, going to meetings, taking herbs for depression and anxiety and nothing seems to work. I've had this behavioral addiction for over 10 years.

I'm looking for Hoodoo spell advice (including advice on what spirits may help me) as well as "practical" advice.

As an aside, I don't feel comfortable petitioning Exu for help with my addiction.

Thanks for your help!

Well, Im studying to be a therapist and I can tell you that 5 months is not a long time for an addiction of 10 years. So stick in there, and feel free to see if there are other places that offer the same services. Sometimes its the therapist, and if you dont feel like you have a strong rapport you can definitely go to someone else.

A spell kit to help you is the cast off evil spell kit.

Well, for starters, petitioning Exu (the Brazilian spelling of the African diety Eshu) is TOTALLY off-track for this forum. Our tradition is basically Christian and mostly Protestant. I know there are a few members of the forum who work with or are familiar with deities like Buddha, Quan Yin, Thor, Exu, and Isis, but their beliefs and traditions are not central to the practice of African American conjure, which is basically the folk-magic of Black Baptists.

Okay, so, with that out of the way, i would first recommend that anyone who suffers from a behavioural addiction look into raising serotonin and balancing brain chemicals. This means taking real drugs (not just herbs), such as Prozac, Paxil, Wellbutrin, or whatever your doctor prescribes.

Then, in conjunction with the drugs, i recommend some form of cognitive therapy, applied behavioural analysis, operant conditioning, Skinnerian training, or the like.

Third, i recommend group therapy, whether in a 12-step program or other group setting, so that you can meet and talk with other people who have had similar experiences.

Fourth, the hoodoo products generally used for removing addictive behaviours are

Cast Off Evil: http://luckymojo.com/castoffevil.html
Blessing: http://luckymojo.com/blessing.html
Clarity: http://luckymojo.com/clarity.html

You can read about each one, along with spells for use, on its page, as indicated.

Good luck

Use Cast Off Evil products, as Mama Micki stated, but be prepared to work, work, work that spell. Addictions are powerful forces.

In addition to Miss Cat's wonderful 3-D-land therapeutic suggestions, I recommend working with both St. Dymphna and Blessed Dr. José Gregorio Hernandez -- to guide you to good care and strengthen the wisdom of your doctors and counsellors.
Good luck and good magic,

Thank you both for your helpful reply......this will be the first time that I will be doing a spell so I don't know what you mean by "work the spell", can you please explain it to me?

Do I buy the Cast Off Evil products from this site?
I am also thinking of doing a menstruating spell (don't know the actual name of the spell) besides keeping a partner faithful can it also help improve sex life. My husband has erection problems so we rarely have sex, would this spell help with that?

Thank you for your help in advance.....

Hi everyone!

I need help with kind of a sticky ( for me, anyway!) situation. Last year my Hubby's stepmom passed, leaving his elderly dad alone. As we travel for a living we go to Reno on a regular basis to take care of him, because we both firmly believe that it's our duty. The problem is this: He's an alcoholic.

My sister-in-law has enabled him to the point where he is, literally, falling down drunk all day! We finally had a family meeting. Both of them were told, flat out, that if he didn't get a grip on his drinking he'd end up in a home, something nobody wants.

My father is a recovering alcoholic, and thusly I know all the ins and outs of drying out. Given his age and health, we didn't think it would be advisable to cut him off completely. So we are attempting to wean him. My sil just doesn't get the idea. Plus, he's hiding his booze.

I have appealed to The Relatives (ancestors) for help, but nothing so far. I'm wondering if this is because we're so far away? Or maybe because The Relatives are catholic and I'm not. Which saint's should I work with to help him? Or will they become offended because I'm not christian? I've never had to work on a devout roman catholic before (I'm a witch) . So I'm not sure just how to proceed.
Any info ya'll can provide will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Mimi

Cast Off Evil products would be appropriate in this case. They are useful for getting rid of bad habits, addictions, and evil companions.

Many Witches, Wiccans, and Pagans work with saints and angels, but that is up to you. Two "unofficial" saints that can help with alcoholism are Matt Talbot and Mychal Judge, who were both recovered alcoholics.

Venerable Matt Talbot grew up in a family of alcoholics and resorted to stealing to feed his drinking habit. One day he and his brothers stood outside a pub trying to get drinking money but without success. Suddenly, he decided to go home and announce that he would take a vow before a priest to stop drinking. He kept his vow until his death 41 years later.

Father Mychal Judge was the first recorded victim of 9-11. He gave last rites to those who were lying in the street, then entered the North Tower and offered prayers and absolution to the dying. In 1978, he had recovered from alcoholism with the help of AA. He was also one of the first clergy to work with victims of AIDS. Both the Orthodox-Catholic Church and Old Catholic Church (neither is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church) have declared him a saint.

Thanks, Mama Micki!

Usually I'd use a roman deity, but I really wish to branch out and become more familiar with other pantheons. It's been pointed out to me that I've been limiting myself. lol

I don't have any issue with working with the saints. I think it's more an issue of being unfamiliar with them. I was raised Jehovah's Witness, left them and went straight to paganism. I know the HP of our church works with saints, but I'm not home (in nc) right now and this is rather urgent. He fell three times last night and my sil is a wreck.

Thanks again!
mimi

(I added some information about the two saints I mentioned in the above post - Mama Micki)

I have a lot of experience with alcoholics, and unfortunately tapering off or trying to limit the drinks to say 3 a day just doesn't work. Alcoholics who are still drinking will do anything to get their fix, including drinking mouthwash and hiding plain vodka in a water bottle or glass (plain vodka has no smell).

Kudzu is an herb that can really help because it stops alcohol cravings and diminishes withdrawal symptoms. Google Kudzu for information! A good B-complex vitamin and a whole food multivitamin will also help tremendously. Milk thistle and dandelion will help the liver to recover.

As for LM products, I would work with cast off evil, run devil run and uncrossing with banishing spell work, especially on Saturdays during the waning moon phase. Use crucible of courage, king solomon's wisdom, and healing, especially on Sundays and Mondays during the waxing moon phase.

Good luck!

That's great Jeannie. May you all grow and come closer through this.

To get to the top of the house sitting list, working with a combo of Crown of Success and I Can You Can't can work quite well. Here are the links to those: http://www.luckymojo.com/crownofsuccess.html & http://www.luckymojo.com/products-i-can-you-cant.html

Many Blessings.

Hello,

I had a reading done by Dr.Johannes in regards to my ex-boyfriend, whom did a number of really horrible/crappy things, ended up in jail and although he is very, very remorseful, Dr.Johannes says he can't be trusted and to leave him. He advised me that a Spiritual Cleanse would be helpful.

I turned 30 years old two days ago and am ready to embark on this new chapter in my life with a clean slate in all aspects.

I'm trying to cut back a drug habit as well as wash this ex out of my system. My ex will be in jail until Oct 25th, and in the meantime, i've signed myself up for Outpaitent Rehab to not only quell the drug habit, but get my focus away from the ex and onto myself.

I don't have a lot of money to pursue hiring a rootworker to do the cleanse for me... and I am unable to light novena candles at home.

I can have candles lit through the little church next door to lucky mojo, that I can do.... so how would I go about doing a Spiritual Cleanse on myself?

What would be the most economical and effective way to spritual cleanse myself of my past, my ex, my bad habits and all the residual effects of the horrible things that went on in my twenties?

Anyone have a good idea?

Thank you so much.
