hello all,

So over this past weekend I was involved in a silly accident at work and I have developed a black eye because of it. I have pending weekend plans where I will be in front of tons of friends and family . With the hopes of not sounding shallow and vain, I just can't have them see me like this!! I was hoping that their maybe a combo of lucky mojo herbs I may purchase and use as a tonic or soothing mask? I currently own rosemary and sage from lucky mojo. I would even be open to a suggestion in the way of purchasing lucky mojo oils.

As long as it would mean I look normal again by Thursday =) please if anyone can help me I would be so thankful !
In case anyone is wondering I am doing the over the counter suggestions..

reducing swelling with ice , ibuprofen for pain, ect..

I find help here spiritually, i thought it's worth a shot .

Hey Jenelle21 . If its a real story about a black eye or black eyes, no one ever seems to believe it. I'll share a short story long, about five years ago I owned a three story home. Both The Bottom and the top were rentals. I was going downstairs to prep for the new tenant; I slipped on the outside deck of the bottom floor and went forehead first, going into face first concrete block, guess I have a hard head!

Well, I had two "shiners"; I hit pretty hard.

very few believe the story you tell when u have a huge bruise on your face =) I'm learning this first hand, so far not enjoying all the glares. But about the remedies, thank you for the suggestion about the egg I was considering doing the same thing, although I have many lucky mojo oils that I could probably annoint the egg with.. such as cast off evil oil

just thought I would give a little update on the "healing process"
for the past two nights I have said a healing prayer while placing a pure egg over the bruised eye, I've noticed dramatic improvement!!
Last night especially. I held a pure egg over my eye and prayed the psalms 23 prayer, asking that the egg absorb any negativity and help to heal the bruising quickly. After doing so i placed the egg within close distance to where I sleep so that it may continue to work for me, i also lit a white votive candle (for healing) dressed with lucky mojo healing oil and LM Rosemary. I placed a petition under the candle and beside my egg as well, and I am happy to report that my eye is healing pretty rapidly!! so thank you again Lucky Mojo and Thank You Miss Tammie Lee for all the great guidance, I so often forget that I own Miss Cat's Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic, you reminded me just how informative and amazing a gift it really is. I learn something new from it everytime =) have a blessed day !

My sister has Idiopathic intracranial hypertension. She is still doing tests, so she doesn't know the severity of it yet. I would like to petition a Saint to help her. I have never petitioned St. Lucy although she is said to be the Saint for Eye Problems. I also was thinking of also petitioning St. Joan of Arc, because I do know that she is under attack from an enemy..My question is has anyone ever worked with these Saints? If so I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

I know this is going to sound like an idiotic question but I honestly can't handle this any more. Does anyone know of anything that can get rid of an eye sty quickly? It's gotten so bad that I can't even open my eye without it hurting. It's right below my eye, close to the water duct. I'm afraid that if I try any medications that it's going to cause me to go blind in that eye. Of course if I don't do anything... I might go blind in that eye anyway. So does anyone have any suggestions on a spell or anything? Please and thank you!

please keep in mind that Conjure is not medecine, nor does it replace going to a doctor for treatment. You have a medical condition that requires a medical treatment.

To help support the medical efforts of your health care practitionner, you can massage your temples with Healing oil. Also consider a soothing and protective herbal tea like fennel (http://www.herb-magic.com/fennel-seed.html), taken a couple of times a day. But do seek out medical treatment at a local clinic.

My grandmother was a curandera, a woman who practiced folk medicine. I had a sty once and she had me wash my eye with cooled chamomile tea. Make sure it goes from boiled to cool for sanitary purposes but it should relieve itch and pain. I even put the tea bag over my eye for a while and it felt better. But you should still see a doctor, especially since it is so close to the duct. Good luck.

I don't entirely feel comfortable around doctors nor hospitals. I have a fear of needles and any time I enter a medical facility I instantly start shaking, if not sobbing. It all stems from an experience that I had when I was five years old. I broke out in sores all over my face because of a medication that included sulphur. Since they didn't know what was causing it they stuck needles in my face in order to draw out the puss. They found the cause of the sores but also installed in me a terrible fear of needles. So if I could just find a way to treat this without going to the hospital that would be perfect for me...

Maybe it 's time to work on your fear of medical institutions before you get in a situation of real medical danger.. LM has different spells like getting rid of a bad habit, strenghten your courage or some sort of spellwork

Warm compresses, dear! Do them at least twice daily! There are different types of treatments for styes. One is an ointment and the other is a drop. Please talk to your doctor about these. I have no experience with over the counter medications for these, but my son has used both forms of treatment. From my understanding, the over the counter treatment is only for pain/discomfort. My son gets them regularly, my father used to get them, and I just got my first one ever . If it's really that bad, you really need to see a doctor. But in the future (and until you get in to see your dr) warm compresses should keep it from getting out of control and help it drain out naturally.

I'd see a doctor ASAP. Warm compresses can only do so much if you've got a bacterial infection. If you do, antibiotics will be your friends.

I'd do some magic work about your fear of doctors. I'm not crazy about them either--my resting heart rate in their offices reflects that--but it's not a full blown phobia. Like Wendy Rose said, what if you find yourself in a real medical emergency? Then you won't have a choice.

I don't freak out so much at the Wallgreens clinic but that's mostly because that I know that they don't have needles there. I suppose that I could go there. But if I did wind up having to go to the hospital, they wouldn't have to draw blood or give me a shot for my eye, would they?

I realy suggest to go to a medical prof and explain your situation. Support yourself with courage or strenght like products. Most of the time the fear is worst then the cure

I had one a few years ago. The doctor prescribed some ointment and it cleared up. No needles involved.

I need advice on how to protect my brother from a girl that I believe is causing trouble for him. This is a girl he used to deal with sexually, but never made his official girlfriend. She has mentiond in the past that she does "work" (she is Native American) at which point I advised my brother to leave her alone. Her aura and energy are very dark and I just dont get a good feeling from her. He took my advise, but later ended up continuing their sexual relationship..I personally believe she was calling him to her. When I askd my brother why he said he joked and said "shes playing w my dreams...i keep dreaming of her." Not a joke to me.

Recently, she discovered that my brother was seeing other pple...hes 22 thats what they do. She got angry and told him she was pregnant. We knew that she wasnt because the timing just didnt add up. I told him not to worry and to
expect a call about an abortion or miscarriage.

On Monday my brother went to work, had a normal day..he woke up today unable to see. He said he had a dream the girl had a baby that was blind and then he woke up...blind! And he slept a whole day! He thought today was tues.

We are at an eye dr now, but i am convinced it is her work. He got a text from her saying she had an abortion today. How can i protect him from her...i dnt want to do anything to her, but i want to protect him.

Thank you Mama Micki for your response. My internet has been down so I have been unable to check this forum. I am a little disappointed that I've only gotten one response but it is certainly helpful and I will start there.

My brother and I went to both a reg eye dr (the kind that are next to Lens Crafters and Pearl Vision) and also an eye specialist. We ended up at the ER where they took blood test, urine samples and did brain scans. All three Drs can not explain why this is happening to him.

If my brother covers one eye, either one, he can see out the other, but together his vision is crossed..which was the outcome of some drops they put in his eyes to dialate his pupils. He is really scared..and so am I.

I washed down his entire house with Chinese wash and the other one with amonia..I mixed in a lil bit of uncrossing oil. I also washed his underwear and socks with uncrossing bath crystals..I will get both an Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael candle and pray over them..

any and all other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I recently have been having problem with my eyes. I went to get examined by an opthamologist who told me that he did not see any evidence of a detached retina, but he wants me to come back in three weeks for a re-check.

In the meantime, I have to wear dark sunglasses outdoors because of sensitivity to light and have to limit my time on the computer.

I have been somewhat depressed about this condition and was considering petitioning Dr. Jose Gregorio to assist me in this matter. I wanted to purchase the LM vigil candle and the holy card with his image on it. Should I also purchase some Healing bath crystals or invest in cleansing baths as well?

Dr. Jose Gregorio Hernandez is an excellent folk-saint to petition for healing. In addition to a candle and holy card, using his bath crystals would be an excellent addition to your practice.

Before you bathe with his crystals, you can do a series of cleansing baths in runs of 3, 7, 9 or 11 days in a row. Try Cast Off Evil, 13 Herb Bath or Uncrossing products.

In the Book of Tobit, Archangel Raphael healed Tobit of blindness. You can petition Raphael when using Healing products, which have a picture of an angel on the label, or light an Archangel Raphael candle.

You can find the Book of Tobit in Catholic and Orthodox Bibles, and those that say "with Apochrypha."

You could try reading certain Psalms for curing eye problems like 6, 13 or whatever while anointing your eye lids with healing oil.

Sorry to hear about your brother. I have no suggestions but had a simmilar problem with one eye. Woke up one morning and could not see the other side of my TV and everything was cut in half. So scarey, i have no words to discribe it. It went away after a couple of days, but my supervisor told me that she had the same problem and her doctor told her it was from a way too much stress and the high (blood?) pressure in her eyes caused the blockage in something not sure i understand that well. But yea very frightening experience. Hope he feels better soon. God Bless

Thank you for your responses. It has beed a little over a month and my brother has just over the last week gotten some of his vision back. He is still un able to see things that are close to him, and when he looks down his vision is crossed. He is convinced that, that girl did something to him. We went to every dr immaginable and they ran every test possible...none had an explanation.

Although my brother is convinced he was hexed, he says he is grateful for the experience. Being forced to do nothing allowed him to do some much needed self reflecting and he is actually a different person now.

I would consider working with Saint Raphael, Saint Clara (Claire of Assisi), and Saint Lucy.

Thank you everyone for your input and advice. My eye is slowly by surely getting better. My appointment with the ophthalomologist has been changed twice due to administrative error and the previous doctor leaving the medical group. I have been given another appointment for March 21st so I have to wait until then. My sensitivity to light has decreased although I continue to wear sunglasses outside as a precaution. I am still petitioning Archangel Raphael as well as Dr. Gregorio Hernandez.

Hi LM family....just a quick question about some ear pain that's bothering me, but a bit of background first.

I've got Break Up vigil candles burning at the MISC - blessings to you all for your hard work! - to back up work that I'm currently doing: a break up jar that's ready to be deployed this week and I'm on my second vinegar jar for one of the couple.

I'm also working a honey jar for the husband to keep him sweet to me, and that's working very well too.

The first vinegar jar brought fantastic results: illness and arguments abounded, and the target developed a severe ear and throat infection which caused time off work (work problems and illness are the intention for this work).

Although the target is getting better, for the last few days I have been getting ever so slight jabbing pains in my ears once or twice a day, similar to pushing a q tip a little too far in.

I know for a fact that she does not perform any sort of workings or protection so she can't be fighting back with hoodoo or anything, and neither does her husband.

I cleanse and protect myself every day using herbs, candles, a homemade cleansing and protection spray for the home and have a batnut at the front door.

Is it possible that this ear pain could simply be my energy and intent being that strong that I am connecting with the target a little too much?

If so, would anyone advise that I take a break from working on them (I've been solidly at it now for over a month) or should I up my protection?

I'm stumped as to what's going on as I've never had this kind of reaction before from a target...I've had work thrown back at me from someone who I didn't know was a practitioner, but I knew immediately that was what was happening....any ideas?

I haven't seen my doctor as I know I'm not ill, there's no other symptoms and I'm pretty good at telling when I'm about to come down with something.

I already bathe with hyssop from my garden, along with rosemary, and I also use protection oil that I make myself.

I burn agrimony and wood betony a couple times a week, and use fiery walls also.

Like I said, I'm totally stumped as to what's going on...perhaps she's psychically stronger than I thought?

My boyfriend had a small stroke yesterday and it has affected his vision. He is unable to focus one of his eyes and as a result he can't do much at all. I have a blend of Healing, Clarity, and Tranquility that I've been anointing him with. I also plan to make cleansing baths for him and put a candle with the same blend over a petition for his healing. What else can I do? Thank you.

I am very sorry to hear this about your boyfriend, I pray for a speedy recovery! I would use healing products in both bath form and oil, bath him in them, then dress his body with the oil. Make sure to add All Heal (Self Heal) to the work. A Mojo for him to carry would be an absolute asset to helping him have a full healing recovery.

It is also custom to pray to Saint Lucy patron Saint of the blind. You can burn blue candles dressed with All Saints oil.

Yes that is correct, I would order a blue candle from Lucky Mojo and ask them to dress it with Healing and Blessing oil, mention in the comments it is going to be burned for St. Lucy. Then the shop will know how to prepare that candle for you.
