Hello,

I've been renting the home I'm currently living in since 2015. In July, Property management informed me that owner of the house I am currently renting is selling the house. I had just signed a 12 month lease on June 1st . I was informed that the new buyer (when one is found) has to honor my lease, which would mean that I can stay here until June 3023. However the realtor and property management are trying to find ways to evict me so I will have to move out right now instead. I have a court case contesting the eviction on Sept 14 on (I'm contesting the lease violations that they are accusing me of violating).

What can I do to that will help the judge rule in my favor and throw out the case for the eviction as well as help me stay in the home, ideally keeping the realtor away and property management off my back?

Hi allcatsarebeautiful,

Placing 4 railroad spikes, one at each corner of the property is said to stop someone from moving you. If you don't have land, 4 flower pot will work as well. You can also take copy of the lease, and a brown candle, glass or otherwise, and put courtcase and victory oils on it. If you can add dirt from the local court house all the more better. You can also contact local legal aid.

I just got a notice posted on my door and its for an eviction. I have nowhere to go I'm a single parent struggling I just lent out the last $30 to my name I've got nothing I'm struggling to find employment income school my daughter and I live in hud housing. Is there anything I can do I have ten days to discuss the proposed termination with the landlord.

I would start by calling legal aid, they may be able to help you in a mundane way.

Good afternoon everyone.

I just received an eviction notice. The issue is that the management company tried to enforce a lease 6 months longer than what I agreed to and signed and if I "break" the fake lease, I have to pay 2 months to leave (versus giving a 30 day notice a month before I planned to move out). I didn't pay on the first of this month and they began the eviction process. At least now it will go in front of a neutral third party and some negotiations can happen.

I was supposed to go month to month after the lease I did sign was over. I planned on moving out in a few months anyway and was about to start looking at places. I just need time to find the right place so I don't rush into a bad situation.

So can I "nail down" my apartment in flowers to stave off the eviction until I am ready to leave? Then pull them up when I move out?

You can nail the property down to hold it down, I would also work with Court Case products as you go in. front of this third party person and share with them all the evidence that this was not the original and they are breaking the contract. Dusting the paperwork with Court Case powder as well
