As far as shoe magic goes I am tempted to try several of the spells.
However, I have read so many things online about foot magic exclusively being used to repel a person or to shut them up. I wonder if it can really be successfully used for love?
For example, if I write a person's name on the paper and put it in my right shoe, will that surrender them to my will (which is to become closer to me and give me a chance) or push them away?

There are a lot of idiots on the internet. Those who can't tell the difference between a METHOD and an OUTCOME are the worst, and those who say that any method is used 'exclusively" for only one outcome are just as bad.
Their fake magic is not your fault. You may be prone to fear of doing things "wrong" and thus you can become the victim of any person who claims authority.
So relax, and let's look at the subject more clearly.
Foot, foot- track, sock, and shoe spells are METHODS of working, not OUTCOMES. They can be used for love, job-getting, commanding, dominating, finding money or treasure, winning court cases, harming people, causing accidents, gaining respect, sending people away, or bringing people back.
Haven't you ever heard of wearing a coin in your shoe to lead you to money? That neither repels someone nor attracts someone. That leads you to money!
Writing a person's name on paper and wearing it in your shoe will not "push them away" nor will it "bring them closer." That particular spell may be a spell of domination or control, because it places then under your foot.
The classic spell to send people away is called Hot Foot -- and it can be put where the unwanted person will step on it -- but the ingredients used in making Hot Foot Powder have been compounded in dressing oil that can be used to fix a candle, burn as an incense, or apply as a floor wash.
And all parts of a shoe spell are not the same: Dressing your shoe soles for peace and calm brings peace and calm to the home when you walk in and track the stuff into the house, while placing a lucky coin that you won in a bet in the toe of the shoe leads you to more luck.
