I would absolutely love to use the LM breakup spell kit on a friend (male) and his lover (female) bec she is influencing him terribly and effecting our relationship. But I dont have personal concerns of hers or his. Does this mean I cant use the kit/perform a spell?

I'm not sure what "spirit powder is," but like Miss Cat said, you can do a breakup spell with just a name paper but the link is weaker.

Good Evening everyone,
My cousin constantly comes to my house uninvited with her kids and always wears out her welcome whereas it causes problems with me and my husband and she’s constantly whispering to him and when I come in the room the subject changes or is stopped. To me me I think there getting a little bit to close and fell I need to do something to stop them from getting any closer, so I was wondering if a separation spell would be right for this situation. I also would like to know what I can do to keep my cousin and her many children at a distance, it’s alright for her to visit once in awhile but go home that same night. She is my cousin & I love her and I think doing a hotfoot will send her away forever & that’s not what I want and she doesn’t listen when you tell her she needs to home sometimes. I think she lonely or something.
