Hi!
My name is Karl & I live in Michigan. I was raised Catholic & Christian. My upbringing left a "bad taste in my mouth" for many years...I never knew that all the studying I did would eventually lead me to Wicca and actually help in my current studies. My Wiccan studies would take me in a few different directions and I would eventually read a couple of books that had a heavy impact on me...Dion Fortune "The Mystical Qabalah" & Maya Deren "The Divine Horseman"......and also in my searching reading....Hoodoo and Catherine Yronwode. I would say that my interests are a combination of Qabalah, Vodoun, & Hoodoo which seems to be an unlikely mix. I look forward to meeting and talking with everyone here!
