I been studying / practicing Witchcraft, Hermeticism, and Qabalah since I was 16 - 17 and recently grew interested in New World Religions and Traditions out of the African diaspora. I'm also keen on my kriya Yoga and Tantra.

My learning of New World Traditions and African diaspora started with getting into European Grimoires and what herb, root, and animal lore went into preperation of some instruments and spells and one particular spell involving an Oracular head with a connection between the Goers, the Hellenstinic World and African religions and magical technologies. Although such a diversity in Cultural beliefs and practices is present by the same token there are some sympathies in these technologies.

There is a authenticity in the herb, root, and animal curio of Hoodoo which has a more realistic perception of the totallity of the spectrum of life and thus a dexterity in applying Hoodoo magic that appeals to me so I'm just following that affinity really.

I bought Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic and then found this site, which is really quite dazzling !

Regards !
