Newbie, Nervous Yet Curious

Hey. Wow, I don't know much about introductions. I tend to get really winded online, which is weird, because you can barely hear me talk sometimes in real life 
. Who am I? I'm a college junior, 21, living in a small rural town in Texas of all places. I'm a person who wants to be the best he can be, but sometimes has trouble finding what that consists of. I want to know everything about everything, but I also don't want to lose myself in the moments of life. Not sure of talents, but hopefully through some guidance, I can discover some. 
I've some situations through which I might need some help to get started on, but I also want to delve myself into this world of hoodoo a little better. I've never really been religious or mystical (although I have had wishful thoughs, but don't we all
). Raring to see what this community has to offer. In terms of what direction I want my life to take, my attributes, my family and friends, and ...a certain person who I believe I love...I want to take some initiative.
Man, I feel like these things should be speeches. Well, hit me up. Any fellow beginners or people of the site want to get some dialogue going? haha.
