Hi All,
I'm hailing from NY; recently moved. My interests in rootsworking stems from personal reasons. My background is Keetoowah band Cherokee and Creole and throughout the years I've seen different small practices by family members and grandparents, of course, and have always heard the term "roots" or "rootworker" growing up but never bothered... to understand. I'm a linguist and recently left corporate (hehe) to pursue other paths. My interests are herbalism, alternative medicine, reiki ,and mysticism...etc
As a former anthropology major, I'm interested in the components/folklore/facts gathered contributed by different cultures that make up the Hoodoo.
Well that's it for now. Thanks
