Greetings from the desert!

Hi!

I'm from Phoenix and recently discovered hoodoo this past year thanks to my boyfriend and my love of herbs. I'm currently focused on preparing for my herbalist classes which I plan to start next year. I am looking forward to getting to know the healing and spiritual properties of herbs. When I am not doing all of this, I am at a boring office job which I am thankful for. More than likely I am also chasing my kittens around outside in my free time.

Nice to meet you all!

Jess

Hi Jess, and welcome to the Lucky Mojo Forum! As you study herbalism be sure to check out Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic by Miss Catherine Yronwode and Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs by Scott Cunningham. These two books are a great reference to gain an understanding to the magical uses of herbs.

Thank you, I have been planning to buy the Hoodoo book for awhile. The herbalist course I plan on taking was actually created by Michael Tierra who helped to write the Herbal Tarot book.

Sorry I didn't write out the full names of the books. Its very time consuming to type on a tablet.

Welcome to the Lucky Mojo forum avoiceanswered! One of the many services Lucky Mojo offers is this forum, where you can ask questions about how to use Lucky Mojo's spiritual supplies.

Here are a few others...

Lucky Mojo's online catalog that includes various hoodoo oils, incense, bath crystals, sachet powders, spell kits, and candles. (http://www.luckymojo.com/catalogue.html)

cat's online book of conjure craft: How to make mojo bags, lay tricks, burn candles and incense, use baths, washes, oils, powders, herbs, and roots, draw luck, love and money, and take off crossed conditions. (http://www.luckymojo.com/hoodoo.html)

cat's book Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic that list excerpts from the book. (http://www.luckymojo.com/hoodooherbmagic.html)

Please schedule an hour to listen to the The Lucky Mojo Hoodoo Rootwork Hour. (http://www.luckymojo.com/radioshow.html)

Last but not least, peruse the Crystal Silence League (http://www.crystalsilenceleague.org/) to post or request a prayer.

#1 Rule "Keep your posts relevant. Posts which are not relevant to the particular subforum of the thread on which they are posted lowers the value of the conversation and may be removed.

Thank you, I am familar with lucky mojo products. In fact, currently using the money powders.

That rule is perfectly reasonable. :-)
