I'm not a moderator but am new here myself. I can tell you, however, that when you click on a forum (on the main Board Index), such as you did when you clicked on Introductions and Greetings, there is a button at the top left for "New Topic." You cannot start a new topic within an existing thread, such as this one. This is explained better in the FAQ (located at the top of every page). There is also a forum for Technical Help. I'm sure you can get all your questions answered there, and in the forum rules, or a moderator will be happy to assist you.
