Hi I want anyone here who would offer me free spell casting in this please,

I have lost my charisma and influence, looks, and leadership skills due to magick, and I am afraid of casting on my own, but am into wicca now, and had taken interest in it after my experience with magick.

I just want to have positive vibes back in my life again, my aura is hell right now, I have taken in negativity not of my nature. I want to have power again over all things. Aura cleansing + positive vibes = personal power, and personal power to increase my charisma and such, which I have lost.

I am asking for help that is willingly given for free please.

i know I need aura cleansing first, tried but am really unsuccessful in doing on my own, and have just been asked and asked for money by casters, so that I just suddenly decide to search for free spellcasters since it really isn't hard to cast for a practitioner and isn't much of a hassle ... anyone here wants to help?

I have moved your post from the section on personal power to the section on Introductions because this is your very first post here, and thus it is our introduction to you.

There are people here who might help you at no cost -- for instance, the Pro Bono Fund of the Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers -- and, in addition, prayer is always free at the Crystal Silence League. However, neither of those groups is Wicca-oriented, and neither performs aura cleansings. This forum, and the community that surrounds it, is for the use of practitioners of African American hoodoo -- also called conjure, rootwork, tricking, using that stuff, helping yourself, etc. -- especially customers and clients of my shop, the Lucky Mojo Curio Co., who purchase our hand-made spiritual supplies.

In case you are curious, hoodoo is a form of Christian folk magic that originated in the Southern United States in the black community before and after the abolition of slavery, and moved North after the Emancipation. It contains many African retentions of belief and custom, but also includes admixtures from Native American, Scots-Irish, English, Mediterranean, Jewish, and even Asian forms of folk magic, without losing its essential character as an African American cultural way of working. Terms and concepts that you use, such as "aura cleansing," are not unknown to those who practice hoodoo, but they do not form a part or portion of the practical working knowledge-base of hoodoo, in either the historical or contemporary sense.

The reason you have been asked for money is that magic workers, like carpenters, doctors, and cooks, must use their gifts to make their way in the world. To pay for someone's skill, time and attention is perfectly legitimate.

Pagans who feel that spiritual services should be free generally come from traditions influenced by the Christian custom of not directly charging for religious services, but rather taking up free-will offerings or collections. Hoodoo is a magical system, not a religion, although most hoodoo workers are believers; Protestants, mostly.

Well, this shows not only your inexperience of hoodoo but also of magic in general.

By analogy: Yes, it's easy for a cook to fry an egg and toast some bread. Eggs and bread are not terribly expensive, so you might be able to get fried eggs and toast for free, sometimes.

But if you have beri-beri, scurvy, or some other nutritional disease, you don't need a short-order cook: you need a doctor. If long years of bad diet have brought you into heart disease or pre-diabetes, you need a dietician. You need the benefit of their expensive educations and years of hard work. And you should pay accordingly, or if you can't, arrange for someone else to pay. (This is why you were referred to the AIRR Pro Bono Fund.)

Sometimes a "simple" spell like a honey jar runs into unexpected ramifications. Yesterday I spent five hours constructing a spell that usually only takes me a few minutes. Life - and magic - are funny like that.

I think your present lack of skill comes mostly from inexperience -- and learning will help. Even people who aren't Dr. Buzzard or Aunt Caroline Dye can improve their magical skills by reading, asking questions, and practicing -- and there is plenty of material here, for free.

It's kind of insulting to come here and ask people to work for you for free. Would you go to a beauty shop or a doctor and expect them to provide free services? There are some with emergencies, but I get the feeling you are not one of these.
