I found an 'odd ' item in the I crossing bath salts I wanted to ask about to see if this is part of the ingredients, however I didn't want to state what it was just in case it was part of the ingredients used. How can I find out if it was supposed to be in there ?

My wife and are going to be taking an uncrossing bath together soon. I was wonderung if adding a few drops of VanVan oil to the bath would have a positive or negative impact?

I was going to pray over the bath and recite psalm 37 13 times. I did not plan on using any candles. Afterward I was going to use a shop vac(yes I'm serious) to collect as much of the water as possible and put it in my van, take it to the crossroads and scoop a cup of the bath out of the vac and toss it over my left shoulder standing in the east and facing the west. Then without looking back I was going to continue facing west and dump the contents of the vac toward the east.

Does anyone see a problem with this method? Is there a specific psalm I should recite at the crossroad?

I wanted to know how do one feel after taking 13 herbal bath 13 days in a row? Meaning how does your body feel Physically, spiritually, and mentally? I hope I posted on the right forum page.

That's a very difficult question to answer.
All I can tell you is that everybody is different but the one commonality is that it feels like a weight has been lifted.
Otherwise, everything else is different. PLEASE do not try to judge your experiences based on everyone else's. Just enjoy and keep your senses open to what magic does for you specifically.

Okay thanks for the reply I will. About 2 months ago I had Dr. E light candles on his altar I know it worked cause I had a tingling sensation and was in a great mood but it didn't last I believe it was due to the fact I didn't protect myself but I know better now.

Odessa- Give Lucky Mojo a call would be the best way to find out if the 'odd' item belongs in it. I have a very good idea of the item you have found in your Uncrossing Bath Crystals, and I can assure you that it belongs, but give the shop a call to make sure.

I just took a bath using some LM uncrossing bath crystals. I caught all the water and threw it in the crossroads. I did not towel off but let myself air dry.

A couple of hours later I ran my fingers through my hair and stuck to the very top of my head was a tiny length of chain 5links long.

Question: what do I do with this? Do I throw it in the crossroads too?

And, if this were me, I would take it as a sign that you need another uncrossing bath.

Hi, is it possible to experience any side effects when doing uncrossing baths? I am in the process of doing them, and today, I have a terrible headache. Yesterday in my work, I felt nothing but rage and anger, although that appears to have subsided to annoyance this morning. I have been advised by my rootworker that it is possible it is the spirit of the caster etc that is trying to fight back and to proceed with the work.

Also, is it safe to wash your hair normally with shampoo after you have taken the baths and completed the work? My hair is getting a bit messy and greasy now as I have been too frightened to wash it incase it effects the work! Thanks.

Your rootworker is absolutely right.
However, if the headaches continue, I advise that you see a physician as soon as possible.
If the headaches get worse, you may also be having some sort of reaction to one of the herbs in the bath. So, please monitor that.
However, the rest of your behaviors seems to be consistent with what your rootworker said.
What I would do is to wash my hair BEFORE taking the bath.
And, yes, it is safe to wash our hair normally when the baths are over. Just make sure that you use protection oil on yourself (and I always put some on the crown of my head).

Hi,

I kept my uncrossing bath contents in the little cupboard in my bathroom for any future use. However, the bottom of the bag has somehow got damp and the contents keep leaking a funny yellow colour. I put some kitchen towel down to stop the spillage.

Do I need to take this as a sign of anything, or just that maybe it's time to get some new uncrossing baths? There is nothing disasterous going on in my life regarding jinxing; my partner and I are still going ok, he's spoiling me and says he's really happy with me, although there are a few disagreements and niggles still. Work ok, my Mum and I getting on a little better.

I did have some rootwork done recently and it seems to have worked. So what should I do with the remainder of the uncrossing baths? Order new ones or somehow remedy the pack I have? Thanks

Sounds like plain old water damage with no magical component. Order some new Uncrossing bath for future use and keep the packet in a ziplock baggie to avoid a repeat of the situation in future!

I've noticed that whenever I have an Uncrossing Bath, within a couple of days I hear about people having accidents, mishaps, going to hospital, etc. These are people who, while I wouldn't send them a Christmas card, I didn't think we were truly sworn enemies. Does this mean that they're sending negative stuff my way and it's now bouncing back onto them? It always seems to happen within 24-48 hours of me completing the ritual.

I've been doing other cleansing methods. I think I'm going to add some Love Me oil to Uncrossing Bath crystals, though. I've been interested in moving on & doing love work, & my cards keep saying I've got good opportunities, but that I'm stuck in the past. I also feel like there's a jinx on my love life. I seem to attract disturbed individuals, for some reason. I'll update with my results

Don't recite while you are actually pouring. Do it before and after.

Well, if you haven't felt ill then, you should be OK.

BUT if you are feeling bad, see a Doctor right away.

Hi,
I've been reading a lot on uncrossing baths and there are discrepancies online.
I ordered your lucky mojo uncrossing bath crystals and uncrossing incense. I also have uncrossing oil.
Finally, I just ordered the book from your website, Hoodoo Spiritual Baths by Aura Laforest.
If I follow Aura's procedure in her book EXACTLY would that be the course of action you recommend for Lucky Mojo uncrossing bath products?
I just want to use the correct procedure down to the very smallest detail with LUCKY MOJO products.
Also, is it ok to do a one day uncrossing bath and then see if things improve before doing a 3 day bath? Or do you recommend a 3 day bath to start with no matter what?

Success!! Just did Uncrossing Bath Crystals per instructions from AIRR workers and the website. WOAH!!! Instantly feeling it- particularly in my poor feet... Starting at my shins going down to the tips of my toes felt like they were on FIRE. When I got out of the bath all of a sudden the skin turned red and splotchy, it looked like I was wearing socks of hate LOL! I rubbed a few drops of uncrossing oil on them and instantly soothed it. Thank you Lucky Mojo for freaking OUTSTANDING products! Now I'm off to use that precious bath water to wash down my house

Hello yuma,

I would dispose of any leftover candle wax at a crossroads.

During Uncrossing baths, it's customary to pray Psalm 37. Write the psalm down on an index card and put it where you can see it while you're in the bathtub, like taping it to the wall or shower curtain where it won't get wet.

Alright folks, this is bound to sound incredibly stupid, but I just took myself my very first spiritual bath (for Christmas!) I did an uncrossing bath and about 7 verses into psalm 51 I start to notice that my lady privates and butt area were like...numb? tingly? Well I finished my bath and collected my bath water and all the bells and whistles, didn't dry off etc. but my lady areas are still wonky feeling. Should I NOT have sat in a FULL BATH? I scrubbed off all the physical filth AND THEN set up my spiritual bath so, that was my plan. Now I'm slightly uneasy but I'll likely survive.

It sounds like your skin is not agreeing with something.

You may want to do the alternative and that's to take a shower and pour it on you. If that still gives you a problem, then you may want to consider alternative uncrossing measures.

I'm new here and I have a question. I went to a spiritual store and was told to mix uncrossing with Money drawing together for three days bath wash. Now I feel like I probably shouldn't have mix those two together because things have been happening that's on the Unlucky side. How can I fix this please. Thank you for your time.

Yes, you would do that. But I am having a problem with the first half of your question

If you don't want to make a doll, you could use a figural candle. I usually pray Psalms 37 when doing this (out loud)

Hi everyone,

I feel a bit confused about taking this bath, so I'm hoping some suggestions would be appreciated

. I plan on taking this bath monthly for 3 days at the start of every month to keep myself 'clean' spiritually.

1) is it necessary to walk between two lit candles after taking the bath? Also should I let these two candles burn out, or just dispose of them anyways even if it hasn't?

2) should I use my 'used' bath water itself for the floor wash or can I use a separate sachet for that?

1. Yes it's necessary. Let the candles burn out if you can.

2. If the instructions tell you to wash your floors with a floorwash that includes some of your used bath water, then do that. Follow the instructions.

Hi, guys!

I hope this isn't too silly of a question, but after reading this thread, and the Uncrossing Bath instructions, I am still a little confused about a couple of little details:

1) Do you collect ALL of your bathwater, whether doing the shower or the bath method, or do you just need the symbolic cup of bath water to go chuck in the Crossroads? If it's the whole thing... how is everyone getting all the water out of their tub and trekking with it? Am I overthinking this? Probably so!

2) I've heard various people saying to do this either at dawn or sunset. Is it really just a matter of doing it at a liminal or transitional times of day? As in, is the power of the ritual in that transitional, magical period, versus specifically one or the other?

Thanks for your help!

I'm the kind of person who always wants to know the "why," so I can focus my intent better, etc. I appreciate it!

1. A symbolic cup of the water is used. No need to take buckets of water back and forth (not to mention in some you are not to look back!)

2. It really depends on the working. If it calls for sunset, do it at sunset, if it calls for sunrise, do it at sunrise. I know for me, sunrise is to bring things to me, and setting is to remove things I don't want.

Hi FiachnaRose,

1. You just need a little cup full of your bath water for disposal. I use a jelly jar with a lid to scoop mine out of the tub.

2. I’ve almost always been instructed to bathe just before sunrise, so that is how I do it.

Common in Hoodoo is working with the sun, the moon, hours and hands on a clock. In this case you are working a bath the sun rising is a sign of new hope opportunity bringing things to you, taking a bath and throwing the water to the east as it rises is calling on that energy and natural movement to draw the items to you. When the sets its a sign of things coming to an end the sun set on you, it is coming to a close. To end things like a bad relationship one may do the work and bath and toss the water to the west to end it. Also if I used a hotfoot bath on a person or item I would toss it to the west as the sun sets. I hope this helps clarify for you!

Hahaha. Especially if they are drip-drying!!

Keep in mind that if you’re doing a pour-over style bath, you’re only using at most about a gallon of water...

This might sound silly but what if one doesn’t have access of bathtub? What other method to use the bath crystal? Can we just wash our face or pour water with the crystal over the head on the sink?

Do you have a shower? you can place a bucket, or kid pool, or a pan under you, pour the water over you and let it get caught in the bucket. The old times used the big metal tubs outside for people who did not have a tub.

Well I have now done 2 uncrossing baths using these bath crystals on myself and 2 on another using a doll baby.
My second bath the water was nice and clear afterwards.
His was brown and gross looking! I'm using a white candle to represent him so can't have been colour residue or anything like that.
I just thought that was super interesting, having that visual confirmation of the work. I'm using the same packet of bath crystals, in the same bathroom, at the same time of day one after the other and there is a clear visual difference in the 2 baths once done.
Absolutely amazing products.
