On a general note though. A rose soap is very unlikely scented with Rose Otto since that would cost very very much money. A Sandalwood soap most likely isn't scented with sandalwood either, but might be scented with Amyris, if it is not scented with fragrance oil.
The soap contains perfume and Bee and Flower company will probably not share the ingredients in their perfume. But it would most likely be fragrance oils which can be completely articifical compounds or a synthetic oil, that is, a synthesis of mixture of essential oils and/or artificial scents.
If you want to be sure you have real rose in your bath I suggest ordering a bath product from Lucky Mojo that contains roses.
Also Lucky Mojo doesn't sell a Rose Essential oil, but a Fragrance and Essential oil mix. since the cost of pure rose oil is so high. But still if you buy that you will know for sure that there is real rose in there.
If you want to have something to wash with daily, you could use a few drops of the oil in an unscented shower gel.
Bee and Flower also makes Ginseng Soap, which is not a traditionally perfumey soap fragrance, but has a reputation for enhancing male sexual energy.
