Papa Newt, being a graduate of the HRCC and having made more than 200 posts here, has accepted our invitation to be a Moderator. He is now GREEN.

Thank you, Papa Newt, for your interest. Here are a few tips from me:

Be bold in retitling threads in order to make them searchable.

Be bold in moving threads to their proper sub-forums.

Be bold in merging threads in the Product areas -- and be a bit less bold and a bit more thoughtful in merging threads in the Conditions area.

Learn how to use the Moderator Control Panel to DISAPPROVE spam posts.

Learn how to send an articulate Board Warning.

Be bold in banning someone after 3 warnings.

Please read the instructions on how to claim your monthly gift certificates.

If you have any questions about board moderation, just ask. Joseph Magnuson is probably the best person here to ask -- he is familiar with the work of a Moderator and articulate at explaining it.

What a great Lucky Mojo Community that we have! I just rolled back into town about an hour ago. You are in great hands, and you know me. We have some great people here!
