I was reading about a method of hotfooting, where you start at the crossroads nearest the target's house and move progressively further away, laying hot foot powder as you go. Now this sounds good to me, but it got me wondering if the same principle could be used in reverse, like laying a little "come the me" powder between your target's house and yours in similar intervals. Any thoughts?

That is actually a very old trick that works quite well. You can also do something similar with graveyard dirt of someone who died badly and mark a path to a graveyard to lead someone to death.

Exactly, but I would make sure to get some on your target as well. Mix it with similar dirt in his yard and dust all the way to his door steps.

Just to clarify you can lay the powder where ever he steps correct? So if getting access to his home and drive way proves difficult I can place it on the ground at his job correct?

Last night, I put come to me powder around our office, and, with a make up brush, lightly dusted my target's keyboard and mouse. The lights were off, and also because you need to "walk away and don't look back", I didn't see how much I used, but I know it wasn't excessive. When he went to the bathroom, I again dusted a few things I knew he would touch. I went to ask him a work related question, and he asked me, "What is this shit on my keyboard and mouse? I went to the bathroom there's more here. I know it wasn't there before I went to the bathroom." I was the only other person in the office. There wasn't a whole lot, I wouldn't have ever noticed it if it was me. I played it off and said the same thing happened to me. I told him a coworker told me it might be mice. I then changed the subject. My question is, since he noticed it, does that make it less effective? He for sure touched it and walked through it.
Also, with all of the experience of everyone on this forum, what opinion is there that he knows he's being hoodooed? I'm certain he knows nothing about hoodoo or spell casting.
I'm pretty sure he thinks someone was on his computer. I know better now, and will probably just continue placing it where he will walk. Does that have the same effectiveness as skin contact?

Walking over it is a form of foot track magic and is perfectly acceptable!

I don't think he will be influenced by noticing it.

Although it's hindsight, I would not have blamed it on mice because of the nice odor. I would have said that I powdered myself and didn't realize that it went all over the office (or something like that. LOL)

Does he know that he is being "hoodoed"? I have no idea. That would be a question for a reader.

Just don't worry. When we worry, we don't perform more spells in a precise fashion

Oiling a free-standing candle and dusting it with sachet powder is a very old trick, and works well. Powders are also good for dusting petition papers that may be set under the candle stand.
