Broken link in HRCC

I posted in the students yahoo group about a broken link and then I found another broken link and tried to post about it but it said it got timed out before it was approved. I submitted it again but it still seems to be stuck in the Internet limbo tubes ;). Is there somewhere else I could send this to?
