I'm waiting for my 2nd installment from LM , in the meantime I had ordred a Boss Fix candle for my husband from MISC and it read ....
(''According to traditional methods of divination, the resultant wax and smoke marks left in the candle glass were interpreted on 6/26/2015, with the following result:
A banding pattern from the top of the glass to the bottom may signify positive progress towards your desired outcome in the near future. A large herb within this pattern could represent an upcoming obstacle that could cause some delay. Should i order a Blockbuster candle now for this from MISC to remove the remaining obstacles ?

Our prepared 8" glass-encased vigil lights come with a dressing of oils and herbs and will burn for 5 - 7 days, depending on ambient temperature and other factors.

If you wish to set a traditional Novena of nine days, you will either have to start and stop the candle (which can result in a smoky glass), or purchase two candles to run continually over the 9-day period.

Always practice fire safety when setting vigil lights. If you must keep them lit when you are away or asleep, be sure that no pets or children can get into the room with them, that they are not near curtains or flammable cloth or paper, and that you have a smoke alarm in your house. Placing lit vigils in the bathtub is quite common, but you must not have a shower curtain if you use this method. Setting them into a fireplace is ideal, as there is a ready-made chimney for them.

Since it is domination why don't you write your name over the name of the boss? That is a traditional way to rule and control another. See Miss Cat's book "Paper In My Shoe" for much more detail on how the manner of writing the names on a paper petition amplifies your intention for the rootwork.

My boss give me most times bad program and difficult posts,i got into anxiety and stress to make the job right. Should i try a boss fix candle?

All right, will notice that. I have Crucible of Courage oil, will wear a bit every day.

If you add a petition and a photo of your boss would defiantly make a difference. If you don't get the answer you want. I would try a cut and clear candle and focus on one issue with your boss that you need a direct answer on and what you need to focus your intention on. I would also suggest a crucible of courage candle too.

Thank you Jaydee for your information. I still have issues with this person and they are known to be very mean to people under them. Very nasty person. They make others cry and for some reason they’re not fired and still there. In fact they were promoted. They don’t work and they’re the worst manager. They leave early. Gets in late. Should I do something else besides boss fix?

When you face a boss like this they are often connected via nepotism or other organizational structure systems that allow for the abuse of power. In my opinion you may want to work this a few ways, Boss Fix to get favor from them, or those above them to secure your job, while also working Steady Work. This will secure your job while you do the work to rid the person.

Once you are secure and protected, I would move into Hot Foot to send them away, a Break Up jar on the person and the people in charge of them, or people they would likely have problems with to cause them trouble. I would also think about contact magic, items you can get them to touch such as dressing a paper, sprinkle where they will walk, toss under their car etc. You can also use Destruction to expose evil, the label has a tower falling and resembles the tower from the Tarot, it can represent the fall of powerful people from institutions. Burn it on black candles or knob candles and recite Psalms 1.
