Crossing Vigil Candle Questions and Answers

Hi, I would like to have a crossing glass vigil candle burnt for me. To cross a man/building company which engages in sharp practice and wrongdoing in my area. My building is currently blighted by his latest effort in the neighbourhood.
What protection should I have for myself? Which candle would you recommend I have burnt for me?
And one last question, please. Would you recommend dealing with one issue at a time, or is it ok to simultaneously have candles burnt for other issues, for example, luck and attraction?

Well any time you do enemy work you should cleanse yourself. A hyssop bath used injunction with Psalm 51 is very good for such things. As for doing more then one kind of work at once its ok if your up to doing it.

This is just what I do personally, so take what you want of it or throw it away, but w/ regards to tricks/spells, I limit myself to no more than 3 a day, and by three I mean 3 that are of the same type of area. I don't miss-match blessings with cursings. I would advise to keep positive things seperated from negative things.
By Crossing, do you just want to get even or do you want them to leave you alone or what?

Thank you for that. I wasn't sure if cleansing would be still be required if the candle was going to be burned for me (at the Missionary Independent Spiritual Church).
And yes, you're right, it doesn't feel like a great idea to do everything at once.

While you might not be dressing it, lighting it and all that its still being burned at your behest so a cleansing might be a good idea.

Hi, thanks for that. And yes, keeping positive and negative separated makes perfect sense.
What I ideally want is for this man's fortunes to fail until such time as the various wrong doings are put right. The more money this company acquires, the easier it is for them to dodge the law. For my own building, I would like his latest structure (which is illegal and directly affecting our building) to be taken down.

By the way, in addition to the hyssop bath with Psalm 51, would you recommend having burnt for me a Protection candle?
Thanks for all your help,guys.

Perhaps a freezing spell? You could incorporate dirt taken from the building site and literally feeze it, perhaps adding crossing herbs and a name paper w/ your desire. Mix it with rainwater found at the site or even worse *gasp* toillette water. Just a suggestion.

Hi, sorry, I missed your post yesterday. Thanku so much for your answer.
So as to timing, what would you reccomend? Would you say I should cleanse every day the candle is burning?

Here is the Crossing candle -- and yes, even if someone else burns it for you, you should cleanse with Hyssop and Psalms 51 and, if there is a chance of a counter-attack, prepare yourself with protection of a spiritual kind.

I want to order a Crossing Vigil candle (against my enemies) to be set on the church Altar on my behalf but before I do that I need clarification on an issue before I place the order:
I don't know the real names of my enemies neither do I have their photos. My enemies are usually called by their children names. What I mean is this: One of my enemy has a daughter Stephanie, as a result, she is always referred to as Mama Stephanie or Mummy Stephanie to show respect in the African Culture. So in this case, how will the petition look like especially where the enemy's real name is not known?

bluebell, you can either write the petition as "for my enemies" or list the name that she is known by, as you said "Mama Stephanie". However, I would be careful writing the names of the targets children, otherwise you might include their children in the crossing, unless of course you want that. You might also consider doing a little digging and trying to find out their real names.

I'm trying to decide if this is justified. I've been working with LM & using LM products. Mainly focusing on me & my children trying to get us out of this situation. Which is close at hand, but after last night's conversation with my husband & the convo I had with my mother-in-law, I am just feeling that burning feeling of the desire for vengeance. My husband chose to use drugs & start shooting up meth behind me & my kids backs. After I found out & still stood by him, he endangered my child. That's when I knew that I couldn't stay by his side anymore. I was working on an exit strategy because I was hoping that he would get a wake-up call when I kicked him out of his house, & us leaving would really hit home. Um, no, he shacked up with a woman that is also a drug user. She is literally everything he ever called me to be abusive. He called me a whore (along with various other obscenities) in front of our children, this woman has literally prostituted. He called me worthless, & said I contribute nothing to our home. This woman literally lives off of other people, & goes from house to house, & has never had children (she's 47). I feel angry because he would never provide me with health insurance, or anything outside of living in the home his mother owns, yet he was offering to rent her a shop for $2,100 a month. Every year, he has taken our entire tax return & spent it on himself. This year when I took it for me & my children, his mother had the nerve to tell me that half of it is rightfully his. His mother has always told him not to do anything for me & will do everything in her power to make it difficult for me to get my children away from him. The truth is that I feel really bitter towards these 3; my husband for obvious reasons, the mistress because she has plotted & schemed to destroy my family from day 1 & also because my husband thinks I'm out to get him, (when I've barely asked him for anything) when this woman is obviously taking him for a ride, & his mother because she ruined our marriage as soon as she became involved. His mother has been like the living embodiment of the LM Double Cross line.
I just want them to suffer & see how WRONG they've all been! Idk, it seems like my husband has inadvertently cursed himself, though. I'm just not sure if revenge is worth opening myself up to spiritual attack, for?

Hello, AlyssaH ,
What a horrible story. I can't believe that you endured so much pain. You and your children. I am so sorry.
Well, other root workers will say different things based on our personal feelings (as well as our ethical standards). But, if this were me and I kept getting nagging feelings for revenge (like you have), I would personally do it.
Just PLEASE make sure that you use Fiery Wall of Protection products on yourself
www.luckymojo.com/fierywall.html
And take a 13 day cleansing bath afterwards (while praying Psalm 51)

Take care.
I'm so sorry that all of this happened to you

I just went head & opened up CC in his name, to pay for my attorney

I'm also doing therapy through the shelter I stayed at. I think if I do this, I'm going to wait until after I do the Cut & Clear ritual so I don't get sucked into the maelstrom.
I've been using Bend-Over on his mother & she & I had a serious discussion today. I wanted her to understand how ill her son is! She does, but she can't get his bond revoked without costing herself $10,000 total, & I can appreciate that. I told her that I was upset with her, because I felt like she was hiding his relationship from me, but that ultimately him being with another woman isn't her doing. She absolutely despises this woman & has promised to help me keep her away from our son. I think she's realizing how special I am now!

Hello Again
I hope Miss Aida gets to see this post. I've been doing readings with her the past few months about a man whom I had been dating. He broke things off a few months ago and during our last reading I decided to go ahead and just move on(decided he just wasn't worth my time). Problem now is that his friends are messaging me and playing mind games with me. They have absolutely no reason to do this unless he is asking and telling his friends to do this

It's disappointing because I really thought he was a better person than this but apparently not. I'm apparently dealing with third graders here. So my question is how Messed up can you make someone's life by burn some Crossing Vigils on them? I don't want to torment the guy to Hell but I feel now that sending him back what he deserves is appropriate. I can't believe that an adult would act this way when we were on "good terms" and I did NOTHING to ever harm or hurt him!
His turn now! Advice and suggestion please..
Will preform uncrossing bath and Fiery Wall on myself and work with St. Micheal
Thank You

Hello, BabyDoll099 ,
I am so sorry but I just don't remember Forum screen names. So, I don't know who you are (please don't tell me on the forum! LOL)
BUT, crossing candles and crossing spells will most likely execute whatever you write on your petition and what you state (and pray) when you light the candle.
Once in awhile, Spirit will make a decision for us if we are vague. So, make sure that you know and state and write EXACTLY what you want to happen to your target. Be consistent with your verbal and written petitions.
I am so sorry that this has happened to you. Betrayal is a horrible feeling. And my heart goes out to you.
I pray that these hurt feelings subside.
Take care

Hi Everyone
I was wondering if you really wanted to cause a lot of bad luck and destroy every aspect of someone's life would it be a good idea to have a destruction and a crossing candle burned together? I assume they would complement each other but just wanted to make sure. My understanding is they are different so work from different angles.
Thanks so much

Hi Hoodooyoulove26,
Yeah, you could definitely work from different angles with a Destruction candle and a Crossing candle. You could have them burned simultaneously or have one burned after the other. Another thing you could consider is to have either or both candles burned in a sequential run of 3, 7, or 13 candles with MISC, as the price per candle would be less in that case. Best of luck!

Hi there Everyone,
I do apologize if this is a silly question but can i ask what the difference is in terms of crossing vigil candle vs destruction candle? Is 1 more powerful than the other? Can you give me examples of what each can do to a person?
I am looking for someone's marriage to be destroyed, to ruin someone fertility so they can never have children again, to ruin someone's sex life that their partner feels repulsed by them and for them to lose their job, go broke & bankrupt? I'm looking for the worst of the worst....what do you guys recommend?

Hello, Spanish_Eyes ,
Please look at this page as it explains crossing in detail:
www.luckymojo.com/crossing.html
It messes up everything.
Destruction, on the other hand, well, it destroys (as the name implies).
Personally, I think that Black Arts is the nastiest stuff that Lucky Mojo sells.
But I use a combination of DUME, Destruction and Black arts.

Hello, I am thinking about buying some crossing/cursing candles to be burned on an altar, i do believe it is justified. this person has caused me and several others so much pain and suffering.. and they are truly manipulative and selfish. i understand i would still need to protect myself and cleanse myself, but my question is:
how many cleanses and protection spells should i do? i plan on buying a run of at least 3 candles..
i have already purchased hyssop and a fiery wall of protection vigil candle from LM
also, what order should i do this in?
--curse, cleanse, protect?
--protect, curse, cleanse?

I like to cleanse, protect, curse every time that I do the work
So, that would be the beginning of the first ad the end of the last
I hope this helps

"The word "Crossing" has several meanings in the hoodoo tradition. In its original form, it refers to laying down a trick in a "quincunx" "five-spot" or "X" pattern or creating a "cross-mark," such as a circle with an "X" through it, to "poison" an enemy who steps in it. Crossing is thus a form of direct foot-track magic and it may be the oldest and most African of this type of spell."

Our prepared 8" glass-encased vigil lights come with a dressing of oils and herbs and will burn for 5 - 7 days, depending on ambient temperature and other factors.
If you wish to set a traditional Novena of nine days, you will either have to start and stop the candle (which can result in a smoky glass), or purchase two candles to run continually over the 9-day period.
Always practice fire safety when setting vigil lights. If you must keep them lit when you are away or asleep, be sure that no pets or children can get into the room with them, that they are not near curtains or flammable cloth or paper, and that you have a smoke alarm in your house. Placing lit vigils in the bathtub is quite common, but you must not have a shower curtain if you use this method. Setting them into a fireplace is ideal, as there is a ready-made chimney for them.
