Spells to Fix Problems With Boss, Manager, Co-Worker

ABSOLUTELY 110% WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT HELPING. I don't believe that the opportunity that is opening up for me could have been created without the work I am doing with the use of the LM Products.This involves a "dream job" opportunity for me to do what I have been wanting to do since I got out of college. I am also helping someone else I love, at this time, to get their dream job. I'd like to add too that I had some invaluable assistance along the way with my AIRR Reader through Lighting lights in both cases.
I will give Kudos also to me for having not only the talent, qualification, and personality and enthusiam in making the "door of opportunity open". I am not stating from a vanity stand point, just factual.
Now, Ill say this for a little humor and fact, this does not mean at all that if I was "working" on a new better paying job that included drawing in a job that I was not qualified to to like ANYTHING in COMPUTER science, mathemetical, actuarial type of job, that it would fall in my lap-- because we still have to have some real qualifications in any work related endeavor. I have received emails based on a profile I created where it says I "match their needs." No way!!
There are two ways to look at what we are capable of in many of the RaRa books I have read and seminars I have attended. I personally go by the one that says to heck with the weakest link! (The opposite would be we are only as good as our weakest leak-- bologna)
I know what I am capable of and where I can excell and I know what I am not capable of and that's that, and I am not going to waste time on doing something I don't like and would flop on when I have a myriad of things I can offer.

Well, you have 3 parts to this question.
1. You actually need some pretty fast results so that the position remains open to you. I would order a LM Boss Fix Spell Kit if you are wanting to retain your job

Congrats!!! You are just about there!!! Based on the previous dates, I am not sure what you might have ordered and what you may or may not have on hand because the interview is in 2 days

Hello

I have read and read and read. But before i purchase and use this method I just need a little clarity.

What powders are recommended for getting rid of a enemy that is slandering me and causing my hindrance through jealous intent on my job?? She is a problem for anyone who is better than her in sales. And after speaking with a few others that have worked with her longer than me I have found out that she has been this way for years. She has no intentions on changing and causes the manager to call me into the office and get on to me over LIES!! She has kept this job for 16 years and runs off all new people that are better than her with LIES! WOW She is an a** !!!

I want her gone from there and she has enough money saved to be ok so I don't feel bad at all. And I want to use powders to do the trick. Is this the best method?

Ok I am thinking Stop Gossip, Inflammatory Confusion and Hot Foot all mixed together. I want to put it under her desk where she sits and by her car in the parking lot for when she goes home. She also closes the store with me a few days a week and is the only one to walk by and engage the security alarm...I am thinking sprinkle some there too calling out her name at the end of the shift.

Do you think this will do it for me? Are these powders the right ones for getting to get fired or retire or something?? Just go already!!!

She also bullies people with her position of power as a manager for the sales people and is very cocking and self centered!!! Nobody enjoys to be treated like crap and the store manager does NOTHING about it because she is so fooled by her FAKE ways and LIES!

I would do a Stop Gossip + Hot Foot mirror box on her. Then put her and The Boss together in a vinegar jar with Inflammatory Confusion. Put you and The Boss into a Boss Fix honey jar together. Then keep yourself well cleansed and protected, and work some Commanding products on yourself to help present a very respectable and competent energy at work.

I've had good luck combining those works with other clients in the past.

You can use powders, but I would definitely be backing that up with other work, such as the bottle spells and such mentioned above. Also, make sure the powders are well blended with dirt or soil so that it is not noticable. You can put Hot Foot/Stop Gossip powders around her car where she is sure to step on them. I don't know if she has an area that is just hers at work, but getting some there is a good idea too.

She does have a special spot that she sits at work and she does everything there. So I will research the honey jar and the vinegar jar process and get everything ordered that I will need right away.

I also have to see what a mirror box is... oh boy I got work to do. I think I sense that I must work fast because she is up to no good. So I will get things going asap!

Well everything went well in the Interview they seem to really like me....I went for a 2nd interview this Monday but i just received the bad news today that they had hire someone else ....so here i go again still looking for a job ,but my hubby got some work and other househould member also got a job ,so i can't really say things are so bad because right after i did my home cleaning and light my candles burn incense things really started going better with jobs and money in our home .....I really thinkthat i was not hire for that job because it wasn't for me....i know i will get something better .....I would really would like to get hire back in my old job or at least get a similar job....I 'm still lighting candles burning incense and using my oil of success and others ....Thank you for all your help ....Please tell me what do you think i should do to get my old job back ....

Hi Bruja. I am sorry things did not go well for you, and it might seem impossible right now I KNOW. GOD has to have something in store for you. I know you need to support the family, but do you really want to subject youself to that again? The reason that I say this is that we spend as humans more time at a "job" and job-- 40-60 hours a week with people whom we might get to know and like if we are fortunate, but there is always someone (right)? My advice is still put you feet to the pedal and put it in 5th gear... go forward not backward. So I recommend some LM Road opening products and a LMcleansing products to get rid of anything you might be carrying.Also most importantly which would help you the most, I am recommending a reading with the AIRR at the top of the list. More important than any previous advice, reiterated.
Keep the LM Boss Fix for the NEW opportunity.
You can do this-- YOU CAN DO THIS and YOU WILL MAKE IT!

This spell is not for me, but for my mother. My mother works extremely hard at her job, and she is the best at what she does. No words could properly describe the effort and attention and time spent on her job, and she loves it. BUT - he boss, though not a bad guy - seems to have little respect for my mother. I believe him to be merely uninterested or perhaps a little intimidated by her intelligence and skill, but unfortunately my mother sees it as disrespect, dislike, and that she doesn't matter. This infuriates me. My mother is becoming increasingly unhappy at her job, which hurts her more than anything due to her dedication and love for the work she does. SO, what I need is some sort of spell or charm that will give her the attention and recognition she deserves for the work that she does. She has been overlooked for too long and she deserves better. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas? It'll need to be a subtle spell, one that I could perform myself that she does not have to be fully aware of, because she would be uncomfortable with it. It's simple, discreet, and you can absolutely perform it on her behalf (pretty much all work can be done on behalf of another). You'll probably want to order some extra candles to go along with it since you'll want to work this in an ongoing manner until there is some large movement in the case. Hi All,

Hope you are doing well. I've been spending a lot of time doing positive energy/healing work on myself and am ready to come back into action.

Query - have a co-worker that is just impossible. truly the most negative person I have ever known (everyone is a "clown" an "idiot" it's always their fault, etc.) Just a very very negatve man. Has gone through many assistants.. others avoid him, etc. So, what is the best way to rid myself of having to deal with him. I do deal with him on a regular basis. Should I hotfoot, goofer?

I would hotffoot him. I wouldn't goofer anybody unless I wanted them sick or dead! (never) Have you considered putting up with this co-worker long enough to really mess with him? Maybe it's just me, but in these cases I tend to use spells that make someone realize what a jerk they really are, sometimes even crossing them up in such a way where all of their negative energy goes right back to them causing them to screw up their own career. The classic "give 'em enough rope to hang themselves" approach! If you have the time, energy and you think it's worth it, use a skull candle from LM, load it with personal concerns and appropriate herbs, and sit him in front of a mirror, telling him to "take a look at yourself!" Convince him he feels like moving on, leaving the company, whatever. Fill him with poppy seeds and tell him he just doesn't feel right and will be royally screwing up his job! lol If you play your cards right, YOU could end up with this dude's job if you want it! Sleep on it and weigh ALL of your options before you do anything. But, yeah, Hot foot is quick, simple and direct. Good luck!!

How you approach this is up to you and how justified you feel to act. You can either place him in a freezer to keep him being unable to bring that negativity towards you, you can hot foot him, or you can sprinkle your workspace with Peace Water.

Thank you all for the great ideas. I was wondering.. could reversal oil be used in a situation like this? maybe lay tricks with it and have all of his negativity come back at him. I really don't want to do any damage to anyone now because one of my best friends is having a relapse with cancer and another friend is having some anxiety issues with God. So, I am trying to do as much positive work as possible so nothing negative I do crosses to my good work.

Please hear me out. I am an innocent person. But I feel this boss needs to learn her lesson. She fired a lot of innocent employees. She is insecure and she turned an employee to be her watch dog. Anything that we do her watch dog would report to her and have us cited. This is a bank job fyi.

Everyday going to work, you would feel under her radar ready to shoot you down anytime.

She fired me because I was still friend with an ex coworker she recently fired, she treated me differently because of that, all the employees new there were all against me when I did nothing wrong. They made me work my butt off.

I thought I could let it go but I can't at all. She's not a good person. I don't remember her birthday except that the year she was born and her astrological sign.

Please make some suggestion on how I can make her feel the pain she caused me.

Would sprinkling some hot foot powder at the bank entrance work as long as I chant intentionally that this harm is intended only for her?

Devi is correct ( as usual

) in saying that a reading would answer this question,however...
I would advise against that, for a simple reason, you have a life to live and this can get obsessive for people real quick. You throw for her, and it doesn't seem to work, so you do more work, get more readings, and the cycle continues. I always advise people in cases like this to throw for them, lay your curse, then let it go. Move on with you're life and trust that God has a plan for that person.

Personally, I hate the phrase "teach her/him a lesson." Be honest, you aren't trying to teach anyone anything; you want the emotional satisfaction of revenge. The person probably won't even make a connection between bad luck and his or her bad behavior.

So do your revenge or reversal spell, cleanse yourself, and then do a Cut and Clear. Then forget about her.

There is an individual in my life who I care for and love deeply-- in my family-- he is obsessed with passed "life" experiences and brings various things up from years ago from family issues to the Boss that made his life a living hell (which was true) of this Boss (now he is thankful to have a good job in this economy)-- Because not only is he the "smartest" (book wise) person I know, but he is the KINDEST person I know, I always try to go easy on him because he is overly sensitive-- so I'll tell you what I tell him--
Get over it and move ON! Do the Cut and Clear-- but stop dwelling in the PAST-- because it will most CERTAINLY effect future outcome of YOU. What is there to be gained from this? Nothing. Revenge or reversal (the old Boss would not know if it is bad luck or "a spell" I agree 100%)
Move on and MOVE UP!!!!

Hello all, I am a long time lurker but a newly registered user and I could really use your help.

1st situation - Boss
My boss does not favor me very much and he favors another assistant over me (and she is a hot, lying, backstabbing, sneaky mess, but he thinks she walks on water) . Without getting into it all, I will just say that his reasons for this are unjustified. So I have recently been using the spell of (not sure what it's called) when you write his name on a petition paper and place it in your shoe. So far it SEEMS to be working (it's only been 2 weeks and he's been out of town for the past week), but this boss is very conniving. The type that will smile in your face and plot evil behind your back.

So here’s my question: How long do I need to keep the paper in my shoe? For the remainder of the time that I am working with him? (BTW: I go on maternity leave in mid-February and I HOPE to get another job while I am on leave).

The paper appears to be getting kind of worn; do I need to replace it or is it fine as is?

Do I only need to have the paper in my shoe when I’m at work? (Fyi, even though he's traveling in another country this week, I was still keeping the paper in my shoe)

How can I use some Five Finger Grass in this situation? I'm thinking to sprinkle some by his doorway to his office...

Lastly, he is not aware that I am pregnant. I know that this information will upset him and he will be fueled to try to make things worse for me on the job if he knew. I just returned from short term disability 2 weeks ago, and I told him that the weight gain is from medication that I am on. Fortunately at 17 weeks pregnant, I don't look like I am pregnant, just 'thick', if that makes any sense. LOL! Anyway, I've been making an effort to conceal my growing belly and I really do not want him to find out until the end of the year (assuming that I can conceal it that long. I sure am going to try). To look at me you will not be able to tell that I am pregnant, plus it helps that I have a 16 month old baby already, so one can assume that it's left over baby weight (which most of it is anyway).

So here's the question: Is there a spell that I can do to 'blind' him to my pregnancy until I am ready to reveal it? I am realistic, and I realize that if I 'popped' and my belly began to stick out like a sore thumb, that the jig would be up, but if I can continue to conceal it for the most part (especially with him traveling so much), what can I do to reinforce that he will not know about my pregnancy until I inform him of it ANND to keep any gossip mongers from speculating and informing him?

Situation number two: Husband

Okay, so you all know that I am 17 weeks pregnant.... however my husband does not know this. Shocking I know. I just found out myself two weeks ago (just before returning to work). I know you're thinking 'how the heck did you not know that you were pregnant?!?!?' Well for one, while I was off this summer, I ate out (breakfast and dinner) at least 4 times a week, so the weight gain was expected and not surprising. No I did not miss my periods because I was practicing the 'skip the period' method (or so I thought). Long story short, I resumed taking the pills in June, and according to my dr. I either had conceived just before or right after I started on the pills. This pregnancy is VERY different from my first pregnancy. I didn't feel pregnant, nor do I look pregnant. I now realize that the gas bubbles I thought I was feeling, could have very well been movement from the baby. Or who knows, maybe it was gas. But I do definitely feel the baby moving now. All the time.

Very very different from my last pregnancy.

So needless to say I was SHOCKED when I found out, and then angry, and then concerned about finances (money is tight), but now I am excited about this baby. So, on to the point, I have yet to tell my husband because I am trying to wait until the gender determination ultra sound. I think he would be more accepting if we have another girl. He already has two older boys and they don't have the best relationship. He has always said the only way he'd have another baby is if he could be guaranteed that it will be a girl. Plus having a girl would be much easier on us financially.

Also, I'm worried because the last time that I was pregnant, he totally detached himself from my physically AND had an affair (I suspect more than one). He said that it was difficult for him to see me as his 'woman' AND a mother. We went almost a 1 1/2 years without having sex. I still want to cry when I think of it. So while we are still trying to work through it (or at least I am, he seems to think everything is all gravy again), I am really concerned that this may set us back.

So here's my question: Is there a spell I can do to make him be receptive to the news of our new baby (cause I'm tired of trying to hide it from him and I’m ready to tell the world... except my boss of course), AND to not withdraw from me again??? I truly hope so.

Any help you can provide to either situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Nique- I'll respond to your first situation, since your description of your husband's reaction to your last pregnancy got me very angry and so my response would probably be less than kind. LOL I'm sure someone else here can give you great idea for that situation. I would recommend that you get a reading on that situation, though, as it's complex and fragile. On the workfront, I've worked with several clients on very similar situations (minus the pregnancy thing).
I've found the following approach works very well in most cases:

First, put yourself and the boss in a Boss Fix Bottle Spell with honey. This will start sweetening him to you.

Hi Devi Spring! Thanks so much for responding to my post. Yes, I know that I tend to get extremely angry when I really start to think over the whole situation. Trying to work through that. Your suggestion of having a reading is one that I am going to take. I think that is a very good idea.

I love all of your suggestions and I plan to implement them. I have easy access to my boss' office, as well as to my backup assistance's cubical.

Hi,

I wish you well in this pregnancy. For the hubby, I would get a triple strength Nation Sack. If there was EVER a reason to tie a man's nature, you have it right there. You need all of the extra help you can get to keep him from being a ...not so nice man/husband/partner/father.

A reading is probably in order too, but I'd get that Nation Sack fast, and I'd use it with no mercy.

Hello, as suggested by Cat, I am posting this issue in it's own topic/thread.

Hello all, I am a long time lurker but a newly registered user and I could really use your help.

My boss does not favor me very much and he favors another assistant over me (and she is a hot, lying, backstabbing, sneaky mess, but he thinks she walks on water) . Without getting into it all, I will just say that his reasons for this are unjustified. So I have recently been using the spell of (not sure what it's called) when you write his name on a petition paper and place it in your shoe. So far it SEEMS to be working (it's only been 2 weeks and he's been out of town for the past week), but this boss is very conniving. The type that will smile in your face and plot evil behind your back. Trust me, I've seen him do it more than once.

So here’s my question: How long do I need to keep the paper in my shoe? For the remainder of the time that I am working with him? (BTW: I go on maternity leave in mid-February and I HOPE to get another job while I am on leave).

The paper appears to be getting kind of worn; do I need to replace it or is it fine as is?

Do I only need to have the paper in my shoe when I’m at work? (Fyi, even though he's traveling in another country this week, I was still keeping the paper in my shoe)

How can I use some Five Finger Grass in this situation? I'm thinking to sprinkle some by his doorway to his office...

Lastly, he is not aware that I am pregnant. I know that this information will upset him and he will be fueled to try to make things worse for me on the job if he knew. I just returned from short term disability 2 weeks ago, and I told him that the weight gain is from medication that I am on. Fortunately at 17 weeks pregnant, I don't look like I am pregnant, just 'thick', if that makes any sense. LOL! Anyway, I've been making an effort to conceal my growing belly and I really do not want him to find out until the end of the year (assuming that I can conceal it that long. I sure am going to try). To look at me you will not be able to tell that I am pregnant, plus it helps that I have a 16 month old baby already, so one can assume that it's left over baby weight (which most of it is anyway).

So here's the question: Is there a spell that I can do to 'blind' him to my pregnancy until I am ready to reveal it? I am realistic, and I realize that if I 'popped' and my belly began to stick out like a sore thumb, that the jig would be up, but if I can continue to conceal it for the most part (especially with him traveling so much), what can I do to reinforce that he will not know about my pregnancy until I inform him of it ANND to keep any gossip mongers from speculating and informing him?

A Boss fix honey jar can definately do the trick, but if this is a man who according to you is "conniving" then even him being sweet you are dealing with a viper.

The combination of Boss fix honey jar and Commanding mojo is great. In addition sprinkle Peace Water around the office to ensure things remain calm and tranquil.

I think you should be ready to work some restricting conjure to make sure this boss can't hurt you.

I am having similar situations and sweetening and boss fix is not having the desired effect. So I am working to limit his influence. Got too... Oh and also, I may be stretching a bit here, but is there any spell I can do to keep him from seeing or guessing that I may be pregnant? Again, if my belly 'pops' then I realize that it most likely will not work, but for the time that I am able to reasonably conceal my belly, is there something that I can do to keep him in the dark about this?

I strongly suggest petitioning St. Martha, especially doing a 9 Tuesdays novena if you have enough time. Make a name paper with your petition, dress it with the appropriate oils/herbs, and put that under St. Martha's candle as well. She likes a cup of black coffee before you begin, too. Not only is she the dominator, but she's known for helping people with cruel bosses.

I'd also keep that name paper in my shoe, and tap my foot subtly against the floor whenever I had to be around him.

In this case, I would consult with your rootworker as the best course of action to take. If you are worried about this person being rude to you, then do a stop gossip spell, and do a freezer jar to freeze their rude and detrimental actions. I would recommend that you do a sweet jar on this person to keep them sweet to you, and make them like you especially if it concerns your job. A boss fix honey jar would be good to do.

For st. martha you do not have to give her a cup of coffee before you begin. You can just give her a dish or cup of water and candle. you can leave the coffee after if you want, but personally I do not do that.

Get some of the other assistants personal trace. Chop it up and mix it with dog feces. Place it under a plate and Burn a black penis candle carved with his name on top. Take 1/3 of the mix and add to a cake or buns to bring to the office coffe break, have some at hand to put in his food or drink if he does not eat the cake. Put the rest under his desk fastened with chewing gum or alike.
Then proceed with the Honey jar, Cleo May or Commanding work on him mentioned above.

And make a personal offering to the poor from your first tree paycheck thereafter.

Hello all,

I had been using oils in my work place in just my boss' office and at my desk. Soooo today, I was approached by a manager who's office is two doors down from my cubical, and long story short, the oils I'm using is causing his allergies to flare up.

An assistant that works on the opposite end of the floor, just asked me if I was burning some new candles or something. She said that she was approached by a couple of people asking HER if I was burning candles. (I have a candle warmer and had been melting vanilla candles for years with no problems)

So needless to say, I can no longer use any oils in the workplace. So here's my question: what herbs / powders / spells do you recommend that I use instead? I need something strong for my situation; unfair boss who tries to make things difficult for me and nosey, busy body, trouble causing backup assistant (the one they went to about my 'smells'

)

Also, just want to add that I am doing the honey jar at home and plan on petitioning St. Martha. The oils I had been using in the office with putting some on his chair, sprinkling some on the floor by his door, etc. So I guess I'm looking for something that I can use in the office that will replace that.

As Johannes suggested in another thread, get some concern from the boss or whoever you are working on, and then work on them from home.

You could also get some mojo bags or bottle spells for your cause and keep them at your office in a discreet place where they won't be found or messed with.
