It sounds like you are working the doll well. You can smoke it with incense or dress it with oil while praying over the doll. You can also add Psalms or Bible verses to the work. A love book of the Bible is Songs of Solomon, it is a love poem. There is 8 chapters and you would read one a day, or one each day you work the doll.

If you want you can print the book, and insert your names into the poem such as when Solomon is speaking you would insert your name, and when the Shulammite speaks you would insert his name. For example "My love" can be changed to "John Doe".

Omg I promise you just today I took him out and read the entire song of Solomon to him, also I do dress him with love me and I smoke him in follow me boy incense, I truely adore and love the Song of Solomon, but your ideal is really beautiful as well,

Is there anything more I should or could be doing every and all advice is welcome, this man and his parents mean a lot to me.

I would add a honey jar and contact magic, getting items on him to touch, such as oils, sachet powders, baths. For an example take a card dress it with Come to Me, Love Me, and Stay With Me sachet powder, pray over it, dust the card and set it aside. Take a bath and take a drop of bath water to wet the seal on the card.

A honey jar can be used to sweeten him and also when available make food or drinks for him to eat, another method of contact magic.
