!) Since no one else is reporting a problem with the shopping cart, we would have to assume the problem is at your end. I have never seen a "no selection button," but it would appear that there was nothing in your cart, hence nothing was selected that could form the basis of an order. Difficult to say. Maybe a more computer-savvy friend cn help, or if yu can afford a call to the USA, call the shop and ask for Leslie or Leslie Anne to walk you through the ordering process step by step.

2) See the thread about international shipping -- but as you read through it, please be aware that we simply cannot guarantee a time frame for shipments, nor how long they may be held in customs (if at all), nor what customs duty charges may be assessed (if any).

Hello. I wanted to know how to track my order? I order some items on the 26 of July. I have not received them as of yet.

Hello, Barbaramcnair,
I know that this can be a little frustrating for some people but sometimes it does indeed take a little longer to receive an order. This is because Lucky Mojo makes their oils, incenses, etc., on site. I am personally always thrilled that anything I am ordering is AUTHENTIC, and therefore, time consuming to make and bless, etc.
So, I would just call the company (have your order number ready. You can check your account for your order number or your e-mail) and call them.
The phone number is: (707) 887-7128.
We apologize for any inconvenience to you.
Take care of yourself

Hello

I don't know if this is in the right section or not...so apologies if it's not in the correct section.

I was wondering, if I wanted to get a gift certificate for a friend, would I be able to have it shipped to them instead of to me, since they live in the US and I'm in the UK, it would be easier to just have it shipped to them, also, I was also wondering if LMCC do gift wrap at all?

Good Evening, Pixistix,
I am pretty sure that you can ship to another person.
But, I am not sure about the gift wrapping.
Better to call the shop and ask them (707) 887-1521
Good luck!

When the shipping address and billing address are under different names, we require verbal confirmation that we are speaking to the card holder. This is a red flag for fraud, so we always check it out.

We can probably gift wrap -- not super-fancy, but good enough. We can add a gift card. Just ask.

Greetings everyone. I hope I've posted this in the correct place. This problem seems to be a technical problem and is kind of hard for me to explain, so please bear with me. I've placed orders with Lucky Mojo every few months or so for the past few years. (I've also been registered with the Forum for I think about a year or so.) The Problem: For the past few days I've been having trouble signing in to my account at the Lucky Mojo online store. I thought maybe I forgot my password, so I clicked that link that says "I forgot my password". And I got the online message that says that an email would be sent to me with a new password. Several hours passed and no email came, so I clicked that link again, and still no email. So, what can I do?

Also, though I was actually able to fix this problem: For the past few days I had also had a similar problem logging into the Lucky Mojo Forum. Since I'm posting this, I obviously fixed that problem. I clicked the "I forgot my password" for this problem with the Forum and I did get an email, and was able to login. Before I was able to fix this problem, I had followed the instructions in the Forum FAQ, and had emailed forum@luckymojo.com. First, I emailed about the problem logging in at the Forum. The next day I discovered the problem with not being able to sign in at the online store, and so I sent another email to forum@luckymojo.com to explain that in addition to the problem with the Forum, I now had an additional problem with the online store. I never received any email reply to either email. I know the people at Lucky Mojo are busy but I'm thinking that I probably should have received an email reply by now, which makes me think that Lucky Mojo didn't receive my emails for some reason.

I haven't had these problems elsewhere online. The only thing I can think of that could be contributing to the problem of not being able to sign in at Lucky Mojo's online store is: I now use a different computer because my old one broke down. Maybe for some reason that's contributing to this problem, though, like I said, I haven't had this problem elsewhere online.

I'm concerned about not being able to sign in at the online store, obviously. I'm also concerned that there seems to be some problem with the emails and messages sent between Lucky Mojo and me. Lucky Mojo didn't seem to receive the 2 emails I sent to forum@luckymojo.com, and I didn't receive the 2 requested emails after I twice clicked "I forgot my password" at the online store. So, the emails don't seem to be getting through on either side.

I'd phone the store but I don't have long distance service with my phone plan (and long distance service is expensive, and I'm on a fixed income). I'm also not sure what the people at the store could do about this particular problem anyway, since it's a problem with the online store, and apparently with emails.

What can I do? Helpful advice is appreciated.

Hello, Fire_and_ice,
Can you try writing to this e-mail and explain it there? Also, tell them that you are out of the country and cannot call. If there's still a problem, PLEASE let us know
order@luckymojo.com
Hopes this works.

Is why my order I placed about two three weeks ago has not been received?

Hi Flapz,

Depending on where you order from and the back-log of orders to fill at the shop, it may take longer than two or three weeks to receive your merchandise. If you call the shop, they'll be happy to give you the details on where you're order is at.

Blessings.

Hello,
I am a new customer and trying to place my first order. I was able to register my name and email, but when I go to edit payment and shipping information, the drop down menus are blank and I get an error. I have tried on both my laptop and my iPhone. On the iPhone it makes the browser crash. I hope to be able to place my first order with you soon. Thank you :) Jen

Thanks so much. I actually still seemed to have the problem but then it cleared itself. So my first order is in. I ordered some small statuary and a powder. I have a wish list of oils and incense and so much more though :) Looking forward to a wonderful ongoing relationship with Lucky Mojo.

I want to order four different varieties of Lucky Mojo products which includes 'hard stuffs" like goofer dust and Hot Foot powder. My question is how do you package Luck Mojo products that are used for drawing good things to oneself i.e. Attraction Sachet Powder with Goofer Dust and Hot Foot powder altogether in one parcel as One package without having the Attraction Sachet powder ruined with the negative energies from the Goofer Dust and Hot Foot Powder. Do you package 'hard stuffs' differently form other LM products?

Each item is in a sealed bottle, foil packet, or plastic bag. They sit on shelves next to each other in alphabetical order without cross-contamination and there is no cross-contamination if they are shipped together.

Hi Bluebell,

I thought I would just point out that in my own experience having two things of different qualities near each other when they are not being worked or actively being used doesn't seem to cause them to defile one another.

There was another question on the forum that asked about the safety of keeping things like goofer dust or hot foot in your home. I think one thing to remember when thinking about these items in this way is that rootworkers have been keeping these things in their homes and near each other for a long time.

All my powders and things live in a little cabinet in my office. While I am not pouring my blessing powders into my goofer dust and mixing them. They do sit in the same cabinet and I get no sense that one is tainting the other.

Peace~

Nathen

Hi, I'm curious what the credit card invoice says for Lucky Mojo?

What does the credit card say for the petition candles? Does the petition show up? Does it say anything about what was purchased?

Candles puchased at Missionary Independent Spiritual Church are billed through PAYPAL, not a credit card. Therefore it will say Missionary Independent Spiritual Churh at Paypal. The petition is not included.

2. I live in an apartment so I can't bury anything how would I dispose of the material and finally does lucky mojo charge the card the date that the order is placed?

lone,

They take bank cards as well ad credit cards. Oils are great the powders are great. Great for what or good enough for what depends on what you are doing and the conditions you are using them for. Get a house plant and bury them their, bury them in the court yard of the appartment, bury them closest to the appartment. I am not sure when they charge call the shop and ask.

I'm not sure where else to post this, so please forgive me if it's in the wrong place. To whom it may concern: I would like to humbly request that more images be added to the inventory catalogue. Many items are missing an image, and it would make the online shopping experience more lucrative having a basic idea about what something might look like. Merely a suggestion, I'm hopeful someone can find the tine someday.

Hi, Naexis,

We have more than 5,000 items in stock and keeping up with photographing them has proved to be quite a chore, especially on the smaller amulets fro foreign countries which may come in quantities of less than a dozen. Ernie Medeiros is our web catalogue worker at the present time and he is adding pictures every week. We are trying!

I know this is an old thread, but I left the safety of my forum lurking cave to *bump* it up because I would love a wish list option! While saving your own list is great (and I'll be creating one today because my mental list is getting too long to remember), it would be nice to have it available here along with the option to send it to someone so they know what to get you. For example, for online gift ideas online my mom wants me to basically chart out everything with individual links to them and make it as easy as possible for her. A simple link to the wishlist created from my account would make it easier for both her and myself! Then it also eliminates the chance of her getting the wrong thing from the inventory page, which is highly likely.

I am an issue with my acocunt and payment...

1. I tried to login and purchase two spell kits. However, after changing my password, it is still locked.

2. I didn't hav this prob in the past when I ordered candle work in the church. It must have been a new ruling in my country and I am unable to pay with my card through Paypal because Lucky Mojo is registered as a non-profit organization. Is there a personal paypal I can pay to (instead of a corporate paypal) so I can have the candles set as quickly as possible?

Ms. Athena, I know I could order from there, I have done it before. But my local new regulation forbids us to pay via card through Paypal to overseas non-profit organization. So I have to find a way to send my card details to Lucky Mojo or MISC one way or another for them to process my payment. Can I do so using the Lucky Mojo online purchase form? Or MISC has a separate order form for their candle service?

HI
I hope I can post this here!
I have recently purchased some items using my husband 's credit card which is linked to a joint account.
But the shop(leslie) says they need to speak to my husband or they need to ship using his name and shipping details, due to fraud and also because I was not known to them. I chose the later, I have since provided the shipping address but I have not received any update/feedback regarding my order.

I have previously used the same credit card (now renewed) to purchase from LM without any verification.

I still wish that LM will one day accept paypal. They call me personally just to verify transactions and they know I have a joint account with my husband. It is easier with them.

Pls can I get some advice on this issues
Thanks
Snowwhite

Hello, Snowwhite,

Unfortunately, there's nothing that the Moderators can do about this. We are not in California and do not work in the shop.

PLEASE Call the store at (707) 887- 1521 or e-mail them at: order@luckymojo.com

Sorry that we cannot be of further help with your issues here on the forum

Take care

I can help a little -- i am the owner of the shop.

The office, where orders are taken and problems like yours are handled, is under the direction of Leslie. The person most responsible for order entry and customer service staff is Nikki, assisted on the weekends by Coral, who works part time in the office and part time in the lab.

You asked about the shop manager, and this is Heidi, but she does not handle accounts; she handles raw materials supplies, shop appearance for walk-in customers, does oversight on the lab, makes sure that all inventory items have SKU numbers and are regularly re-ordered, and so forth. She also makes mojo hands, jack balls, and doll babies, especially the custom items with personal concerns in them, and she will jump in and make oils and other products when we have a crunch of orders.

The lab manager is Yosé and she also manages the book department and oversees product making, along with Coral, who doubles in the lab and is "the keeper of the grid," our workflow chart. Other lab workers, the people who make the Lucky Mojo products, are Dave, Angela, Brian, Margee, Evan, Michael, Jenne, and me. Dave also runs our garden train layout on Saturdays and Sundays for the enjoyment of customers. As is the nature of a shop like ours, at any given time, about half of the lab folks are short-term workers, part time weekend workers, or students of mine who are working for the summer or as a form of training, and will be leaving us eventually.

Yosé and Dave both double in shipping on the weekend or as needed, but the actual shipping department manager is Eileen. She has worked in the lab in the past, too, so she can also handle office management and lab management tasks if someone from those areas is out sick or has vacation time. Elvyra, better known as a reader at MISC and AIRR, works one day a week at LMCCo, keeping our Amazon accounts, which means that she is responsible for pulling the books we publish that are ordered for shipment to Amazon and turning them over to Eileen for packing.

Nagasiva, my husband and the shop's co-owner, manages our web site, facilitates logistics and workflow, oversees the database, oversees utility services such as telephones and internet connectivity, assists Leslie with accountacy, is the chief engineer of the LMC Radio Network, and is in charge of maintenance of all things electrical and electronic. (We have a motto for folks who have to report a problem: "If it's about things, see cat; if it's about electrons, see nagasiva.") Ernie assists nagasiva in handling structural design updates to the LMCCo websites and database. He is also in charge of our Facebook Fridays free giveaway program and he works part time at Missionary Independent Spiritual Church as a candle reader. LeslieAnne, who until a couple of days ago worked in the LMCCo accounts office and doubled in the lab, recently decided to move over to MISC, entering orders and handling customer service for candle lighting, but since the two buildings are only yards apart, she has come in when customers are numerous in the shop to help Coral enter walk-in orders.

So that's where we are right now in terms of shop staff.

HI Ms Cat,
Thanks for this information and its good to hear from you again!

I have contacted the shop and leslie tried to help and she told me that she encountered problem trying to 'run' the card. My last resort is to consult my bank about the billing details and see if they can help

I have always used this card to purchsse from your shop . the only time Ms Angela ie your former manager encountered problem with the card was when I renewed the card and she was going to refund me due to non receipt of the order because it was returned back to LM Shop and so she had to offer me store credits otherwise I have previously made at least 2 purchases with this card without any problem.

I am hoping this issue will be resolved on time so I can buy some books. sometimes I search ebay, esty, bonanza for your items, its hard to find.

Thanks again for your response! I will keep contacting leslie until we resolve the issue

Hello

They are so busy and i am kept on the phone for too long and they not replying emails.

My bank is warning against revealing too much information to your shop assistants especially since the credit card transaction went through.

It is not clear to me what the problem is.
Initially it was that they will not accept and charge a card that does not belong to me.
and then it was the biling address discrepancy. On sunday i was told that they couldnt process my order through your system.

I dont understand because the order was completed without any problem.

Ms Cat pls i think you should step in and help here. I am not sure i understand what is going on anymore.

Hello, snowwhite,

Please call Leslie again.

I understand that it is an inconvenience to wait on the phone but, Leslie handles these issues.

The forum is not the correct place to handle this matter.

I am sorry

The Lucky Mojo staff rocks! I ordered a bunch of herbs but didn't realize I could qualify for the 6 herb special. When my order arrived, I looked at the invoice and found that LM edited my order to give me the 6 herb special price so I saved $3! Thank so much for watching out for your customers!

Hello Everyone,
I am hoping that I'm posting in the correct area. I am placing an urgent order before the end of the week. In order to determine what is most important to order first (money may be tight), briefly I will explain my circumstance:
Late last year the love of my life and I separated after living together and helping raise each other's children for 10 years. Although separated, we have continued an intimate relationship for the entire time of our separation. I found out earlier this year, from a woman that does Guatemalan root work, that the reason things became so terrible and we broke up was due to someone who wanted him (and is currently with him) performed voodoo to break us up. I believe in true love, which is why we never fully separated, in spite of how rough things got for us (especially losing our home).
I have done several readings with my Guatemalan Spirit Lady (through San Simon) and will continue with her (even though she speaks no English and I and don't speak enough Spanish), but I am drawn to hoodoo--maybe because of my deep Louisiana roots; I'm sure some of my ancestors lived hoodoo. I would like to continue working with San Simon and Saint Martha the Dominator, but step it up a few notches. The Evil Person who split us up has done some powerful work and continues to do so, I believe. It may have been done in Brasil (not sure if it matters).
To make my long story as succinct as possible, I will be doing the following, but need to know, given the circumstances of our separation, what I should totally invest in first (yes, its a lot, but I want to have him back in my life forever):
1. 3 Break Up Vinegar Jars (one for each of my 2 homes and one to bury on the side of their front door (yes, that Evil One moved him in within a month of our separation) with a lot of goodies and personal concerns of both of theirs. 1 Vinegar Jar water balloon to throw on top of their roof.
2. Break Up Moving Candle Figures
3. The Buried Lemon Spell to break them up
4. 2 Honey Jars (for each home) to get him to come back fully (we meet and have sex at least 2-3 times weekly, but he is so fearful of losing his place with her--he doesn't feel he can make it financially without her, because she
pays most everything and he is in major debt. My Guatemalan Spirit Lady said he is with her for money, but loves me.
5. Protection Work to protect me and him from her wrath (UNLESS THERE IS ANOTHER SUGGESTION TO MAKE HER GO AWAY FOR GOOD AND NOT GET US). She must be skilled or have family/ friends done work for her. I am new
but extremely determined to get what I want.
6. Cleansing work to be done before and after each day.
7. Maybe a doll baby or two to get him back
8. Beef Tongue container spell for a legal matter that I have coming up.
Your input is so very important and appreciated!

Hello, gmjlovesconjure ,

Welcome to the forum

I will answer each question after your question:

1-. Cleansing work to be done before and after each day?- THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT! Do this first if you have a spell on you: www.herb-magic.com/13herb-bath-13.html

2-Protection Work to protect me and him from her wrath?-Do this immediately after the cleansings: www.luckymojo.com/spell-fiery-wall-of-protection.html

3-Here is a spell that covers a lot: www.luckymojo.com/breakup.html

4 Break Up Vinegar Jars (one for each of my 2 homes and one to bury on the side of their front door with a lot of goodies and personal concerns of both of theirs. 1 Vinegar Jar water balloon to throw on top of their roof?--YES!!

5- The Buried Lemon Spell to break them up?-Definitely yes also

6. 2 Honey Jars (for each home) to get him to come back fully (we meet and have sex at least 2-3 times weekly?- YES

7. Maybe a doll baby or two to get him back? -You can do that too. Also a return to Me Spell: www.luckymojo.com/returntome.html

8. Beef Tongue container spell for a legal matter that I have coming up?- Yes. Here is a good webpage for you: www.luckymojo.com/courtcase.html

Wishing you the best

Is it bothersome or weird when a customer places an order or two while a previous one(s) is in processing? Things have been coming up this month which I have an LMCC product in mind to help with it. But its like I didn't know I needed the product until maybe like a week or two after I placed an order.

bast78,

No, on the contrary, we prefer a series of orders over an attempt to add on to an order! Each order is tracked with its own invoice number, so they will not become mingled.

Thanks for asking.

Hi :)

I wondered if any products could be sold without the design/logo from the shop. I'm very fond of the oils and wondered if it's possible to get bottles without the labels on them (even though I personally adore the designs) .

I absolutely respect your work here, and everyone seems like lovely beings, but my country is small and I wondered if it's possible to, uh, ship "anonymously".

:)

We have shipped unlabelled candles before. You have to make a special request when ordering.

Frankly, as far as the oils go, just soaking them in warm water and then scraping scraping them with a razor blade will remove the labels.

Hi, I'm new on Lucky Mojo and I've recently tried to purchase some items. I've used a card that's for my own use but whose owner is my mother, I've always used it but as I was told, the shop does not ship if the billing name does not match the one on the card. Can't really argue with that, so I used my own card and now there's another issue: "U = Address information is unavailable (Non-US Billing Address)" and I don't understand what this means.
I'm a foreign customer, obviously not buying from the US, could this be the problem?
Could I order again using my mother's datas? We live in the same place and honestly I wouldn't be using her card if I didn't have her consent.

I've been told to have her call the shop and give verbal consent but I live in Italy and as you understand it's not possible.
I just want to be clear, I'm not complaying, I'm really just confused and I'm asking for help.

Thank you and sorry to bother!
Thank you, St Michael.

Sorry, I meant complaining not complaying.
I went back looking if I perhaps did something wrong and I've noticed that I wrote down my home phone number instead of my mobile phone number, which is connected to the card.
Since it's the first time I've done this when buying online, it seems like a possible reason (I had to use my home phone a lot this week and that's probably why I made this mistake).
Sorry if I'm wasting your time with these issues, once again this never happened before and I really want to work this out!
Thank you, St Michael.

Hello rossoporpora,

Once you put in the correct phone number were you able to get your order to go through? If not, you'll probably just want to call the shop, sorry!
Thank you saints and spirits!
