I have tried to make several orders with you, but have always crashed when it came to payment - for some reason you do not accept non-US credit cards and PayPal.

on Sunday the 3rd of January 2016, I placed two orders, one for $63.50 and another for $15.00 ; I then called Lucky Mojo and an employee combined those two orders for me and added an item. So the new order was now one order for $73.50.
On the 6th of January 2016, the credit card payment was declined. I then called Lucky Mojo Curio Company, and was informed by a staff member that the transaction was declined because the funds were coming from a bank outside of the United States and the address attached to the credit card was an address in my country (Trinidad). I then contacted my bank in Trinidad and had the address changed to my US shipping address in Miami. The sum of 78.50 US dollars was taken off of the card although the transaction was still declined.
I have a US shipping address, so I want to know if my order can still be processed and what steps do I take, to avoid this in the future.

Sorry for all the problems, but processing out-of-country credit cards is often a hassle, no matter how hard we try.
1) First, the good news: Your credit card was NOT charged. The money was NOT "taken off of the card although the transaction was still declined."
2) So, where's your money?: What happens when a card is charged is that our merchant services company (not Lucky Mojo; a credit card processing company) "talks" to your bank and tries to withdraw the money from your account. If the attempt fails or declines for ANY reason -- such as in this case, an out-of country address not matching the address that your bank had on file -- we get NO MONEY, but your bank can take up to three days to add the amount of money back into your account. We cannot have the money at all if there is a decline -- the order is cancelled, as far as we are concerned. So why don't you get your money back right away? I mean, this is the electronic age, right? Well, your bank is "transacting" with it until giving it back to you. What the bank is doing while stalling the reposting of your funds in your account is using the money to make overnight stock market gambles, hoping to win a few cents per "transaction" per day -- they do this with literally quadrillions of dollars that are stuck "in transactions" every day, all over the world.
3) Why does it look like WE, a little company in a small town, have your money, when we never got it?: Because the fat-cats who run the banks don't want you to know that they could have returned your money in twenty seconds, and that they are faking you out while "transacting" with it. They are holding your funds and blaming merchants like us, all over the world. Back before the digital age, they used to take 5 to 7 days to re-credit your account. Now they take 3 - 5 days. (Did you ever have a Payal account and wonder why it takes 3 - 5 days for Paypal to move your money from your Paypal account to your bank account? This is why!) Back in the 1970s, this game was called "playing the overnights." The "overnights" referred to investing in the stock markets of nations where it was daytime, with open stock markets, while our country was sleeping and our stock markets were closed. This was also called "chasing the markets around the world."
4) What now?: Your order declined and that means it was cancelled. It is over. We cannot run that transaction again -- our card company is through with it. You can place the same order again on another day, and hopefully this time -- with the right address -- it will go through.

it took ten days for the money to be returned, i checked last night and it is now there. but i did add my US address on the card and my file should be updated next week. I'm not sure if two addresses would cause a problem. but i will try again, and see what happens.

I never had this kind of problem with my card and I used to pay with it online.
I was wondering if I can pay my order with paypal? It seems that you can pay with it for light setting.
Or maybe with transferwise?

hi i was wondering if lucky mojo is still able to ship to mexico? see my mom recently sent me a package with some dried roots and oils and customs seized it and i never got it. I really really need some curios from here but id hate to buy them only to have customs seize them. do yall know if theres any new restrictions ive asked the postal service and they said if its from a company they might let it through anyone know for sure?

I'm sorry to hear about your banking problems,(It's happened to me as well) but I'd be happy to hold your order until the after the 27th!

I made an order back in August which I completely forgot about. But I never actually received it. I'm in the UK. i had ordered numerous times before and this had never happened... I just realised I haven't burnt one of your candles in a while and thought "wait, I remember purchasing some" and then looked it up. Never arrived. Never received a refund for it for any reason.

I am new (probably you can tell) forgive me in advance however I am desperately trying to see if Lucky Mojo does international shipping.
I am here in the UK out in the country and I am having so much difficulty in ordering supplies I purchased Catherine's book which is great btw. Now I am wanting to look for supplies here in the UK however everything is ever mega expensive or lending itself towards pagan/wicaan which isn't for me my energy isn't feeling it.
I have looked around and there are a couple of shops in London however they supplies are limited and many [non-Lucky Mojo brand] products which my energy isn't feeling.
So, I came here and cannot for the life of me see if there is international shipping available. Having spoke to a few friends they say they order from the US as suppliers here in the UK are just so lame.
With that said if there is no international shipping here can you direct to where I can get some help???? This is so frustrating it got me thinking to set up a shop as there is literally nothing here Other than Wiccan!

So, I came here and cannot for the life of me see if there is international shipping available. Having spoke to a few friends they say they order from the US as suppliers here in the UK are just so lame.
With that said if there is no international shipping here can you direct to where I can get some help???? This is so frustrating it got me thinking to set up a shop as there is literally nothing here Other than Wiccan!

Right now 90 percent of orders are shipping in 3-4 days. For foreign orders there will be a slight delay as we weigh the box and charge you exact shipping plus $2.00 for the customs forms. If your credit card does not go through for the shipping charge, we will attempt to contact you three times via email before unpacking everything and putting it back i stock with a 15% restocking fee. However, if the shipping charge goes through successfully, we then put the box into the postal system and it is no longer in our hands. Shipment to England can take 5 to 15 days, and it is pretty random. So count on 10 to 20 days for a small order. If you place a large wholesale order, count on another 5 days on top of that as we make and prepare each item for you.

I've been emailing LM a few times without getting the answer to my question. I need to know as soon as possible...
I looked through the shipping rate to Scandinavia which is 34 USD for 4 Pounds weight package.
I want to buy appoximately 9 oils, 9 herb mixes and 9 sachet powders and I'm wondering if all of these products combined will be under 4 Pounds weight, which is 34 USD dollars. If it's over 4 Pounds then it'll cost double, which I find too expensive for the shipping.

You want 9 bottles of oils that contain 1/2 (0.5) ounce of fluid in each bottle. 9X 0.5 = 4.5 ounces
The bottles weigh about the same, so, 4.5 X 2 = 9 ounces. So, let's call that a pound with lots of room.
The herb are lighter than the sachets. Maybe 40 ounces altogether (about 2.5 pounds)
And I would say that after all their wrapping, my guess would be about a little over 3 pounds.
That would be my educated guess
