When a card declines -- for whatever reason -- we do not get the money. Your bank may, however, show it as a pending transaction. Your bank is holding it, but we never got it.
Wait three days and see if the charge drops off your account. If it does, you were never actually charged -- your bank just sequestered your money. If the charge is still there, please contact your bank and explain that three days have passed and tell them you want your account rectified.

Lucky Mojo should have an European retailer. That would be so easy for us Europeans citizens...
I'm planning to order again from LM and hope not having any problems again. I'm planning to do it next month. Have read many post of European people here and they receive their items with no problems. According to my country customs they rejected my order because of "European law and non adequate products label", so, I see many folks in Europe receive their goodies and I could not...we share almost the same laws!!!. You EU neighbours are so lucky because you can enjoy the products!
I'm gonna try with small orders, what most interest me are the oils. I would like to see a testimonial of European folks about ordering LM oils.
I'm planning to order again from LM and hope not having any problems again. I'm planning to do it next month. Hi! I’ve heard orders are behind because of covid restrictions. I’m going to be placing a order next week Monday for 8-12 oils and I’m just wondering if oils are stocked up or if I should expect to wait longer? I live in Canada, and I’m going away in 6 weeks so just wanted to check. Hopefully I get the oils in time before I leave.

Thanks Daenerys, but I'm afraid of UK has other laws different from my location, so you could get your LM order. It's my country customs laws as I checked when I ordered last year.
I read somewhere in the forum, I don't remember the thread sorry, a user from West Africa whose country does not receive LM orders, but this guy could purchase LM products because there is a post company in the USA that receives orders and trespass them to a third company in the USA which allows the orders to arrive to the country where the person lives with no problem. I don't know the name of the company and this procedure.

Does US Mail (for example) operate different from DHL or others?. Maybe if the company is more "private" or trustful (not saying US mail is not trustful) or has others policies the content of the mail is not going to be checked for the officers. Are all the orders be checked by officers?.
I don't see any problem why many oils are not allowed to enter a country, they're made from natural ingredients, I can understand about some herbs and local ecosystems. I ordered a lot of oils to start a collection and many soaps, local customs rejected my order. But have read people from Europe who have had success and now they can enjoy LM products.
I appreciate any advice. I still have my LM products wish list for next time when I finally be allowed to order with no restrictions. And now we have to wait to the pandemic restrictions...

I am so sorry to bother you but for some reason I am having the same problem again with another big order I placed.I checked with my visa and mastercard about the information the store tells me is not matching and they confirmed everything is inorder. I tried talking to a girl there and she would not give me a chance to ask her to go over all the information she has again and told me she tried 3 times and will not do it again, that really bothered me. Issues like this can be resolved over a phone call but I called yesterday and she brushed me off by saying AHA AHA i will try the master card....Please help me Ms.Catherine, you have always been so caring to everyone over her and always helped out. Expat reporting, I wanted to ask, were there any successful deliveries to Russia over the last couple years? Many sites straight out refuse to ship there, even if the option is present in the order form, and some packages are lost in limbo during their trip to the USA to Russia.

We have not had a package get through to Russia since Covid struck. (Prior to that we had no problems.) I
I suggest that you either arrange for DHL pickup on your own dime or arrange some form of intermediate shipping via a European nation.
IMPORTANT: If you want to set up a DHL pick-up, you must wait for us to prepare your goods and package them! Stay in touch with the office via email and we will give you a date after which pick-up will be waiting for the courier.
That's the best i can offer at this time. Hopefully things will clear up when the pandemic passes and we have a more responsible administration in office.

Our postal service got messed with over the last few years, and who-knows-how-long it will be before it’s back to the way it was. We’re all in the same boat…or on the same yacht….

@MidnightAura81 I would not substitute, because every oil and powder has an intention in it. It has been prayed over and has certain herbs and roots for its specific intention.

1. Yes, we ship to all nations in Europe, but you should check with your own nation's customs department to see if all items can be received by you. Some nations restrict imports. We cannot do that look-up for you.
